“I did an order of 2 stack pancakes by phone at 743am. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I didn’t walk out until 810am. My order was taken by Marcus. I paid with cash and he had to go to the back area for my change. That took another 10 minutes. He said he didn’t have “silver” or loose coins so the change was bills which was fine. I did NOT leave a tip as I’m sure he was expecting. I placed the order while in the IHOP parking lot and put makeup on to allow ample time to prepare my to go. I went in at 755am. Im a FAN of IHOP but lately the service has not been very good. And there are not a lot of people in the restaurant. I normally wouldn’t complain but this was just a pancake order which took almost 30 minutes.
