The sales pitch is a little much and you may feel you have been bamboozled but the food is legit! I had the Chamorro pork shank and it was exactly what I was looking for! Tender with crispy bits, all falling off the bone. Lime ice cream was equally delightful!Sangria was made with fruit cocktail. Fine but I probably wouldn’t get it again. Could also have stood for more of the adobo and queso fresco on the plate but wasn’t a deterrent.3rd best restaurant in Texas? Meh, probably...read full review

Holy guacamole!! This place rocks! Great service and excellent food. This is a "must eat at" place when on the island.Chicken Enmoladasshredded chicken breast rolled in a corn tortilla topped with our authentic Mole poblano & beans puréed, topped with crumbled queso fresco, sour cream & onions. Served with white rice

I had almost given up on finding authentic Mexican food in the Corpus area when we came here, but I was not disappointed. The restaurant is small and cozy and the food was amazing! I had the lamb soup and cannot recommend it enough. My husband had the chilaquiles, which were also really good. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!
