“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to give a big thumbs up to the team at the Calallen Chick-fil-A today. They truly deserve 5 stars for going above and beyond for one of our sick foster families. I especially want to recognize the professionalism of the second manager I spoke to, who handled a small delivery issue with care and made things right in such a thoughtful way. It really meant a lot. Thank you for your kindness and for setting such a great example of customer service—keep up the amazing work!“

“Such a wonderful experience. I had a large catering order and they were wonderful! I was absolutely blown away at the ease of things. I was worried about timing & as I walked into the location, they were ready to walk me to my car with all the meals , which is what I specifically asked for. I wanted to show up, pay, & leave due to traveling with the meals. When I arrived they assured me everything was included and they even provided me with a complimentary drink. They young ladies were also so sweet!!“

“I went into this restaurant (flour bluff) and ordered a chicken sandwich. Tap payed, received my food and left. Upon coming home I see my transaction on my cash app was declined due to the card being locked. I said. Hmmm but I got my food. How'd this happen. I called the store and tried to pay for my food. The woman who answered the phone happened to be the same woman who took my order. After explaining the situation and me wanting to make it right she happily said no sir it was only a few dollars. It's no problem. Look! To me. The way this company trains its employees and the environment is beyond amazing. She went over and beyond to not make me feel uncomfortable even tho it was completely my fault that my card was locked. Her customer service is a 10+. Not that I need free food not my rant or they should just give food away. The point is that this employee did her job and felt completely comfortable doing what she did knowing obviously the values of the company. Im really blown away and im just giving praise to the nice woman at the flour bluff location. Thank you for being nice to me, it will always be returned as in pay it forward as you did to me.“

“Always crazy packed is the only complaint parking can be tough. Took my toddler on a little mom son lunch and it was great. Service was super nice he had spilled his milk and the worker was super sweet an replaced it for him. The food was hot an really good my fav place to visit for sure for quick good food even if the line is long on drive thru they move along pretty dang quick.“
