“Amazing location! I’ve visited many Starbucks throughout the country and this one is one of the most beautiful. I loved the atmosphere and the written testament of dedication to the community. The people working at this location were kind and helpful. I wanted to create this review so that others might be interested and visit for a similar experience. Was an amazing space to enjoy coffee and friends, to read or just have some creative thoughts. :)“
“Put in a mobile order for a friend and called to request a note be put on the side of the cup. Sarita was the amazing employee to answer and fulfilled my request to the “T”. As I know all Starbucks are super busy in the morning she was still able to accommodate. I will only order from this location for that reason alone. Thank you Sarita !!“
“No food this round and going inside is always a delight but this experience this time was bit long for there to be no one inside and drive thru was packed even a long line when I arrived yet, ppl after me left before I did and I was the only inside order person. But always a delight“
“Typical starbucks. Food always sucks at Starbucks. Nothing personal. Unless its sweets. The sweets are dank. Coffee is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes super sweet. Sometimes super biter. Im not one to go back and make a fuss so I just drink it. But hey, google asked me so I responded.“
“Most of the staff , well all of the staff with the exception of the girl who made my drink this morning, are wonderful. I asked (politely) for something I paid for to be added to my drink and got the ugliest attitude thrown back at me. I had already had a break down from missing my dad who had passed away and thought this rare Starbucks run would cheer me up. Did not expect to be treated the way I was treated. I did not catch her name but she was the only girl out of two employees working at the time. Her coworker was friendly as usual and she should learn from him how to treat customers. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the other employees who I’ve never had a problem with and I used to go almost every day on my lunch break. Be kind to others as you never know what they might be going through. Especially if they aren’t ugly to begin with towards you.“
“Cat was very kind and had the best customer service. The poster child for Starbucks to say the least. I couldn’t help but to rave about her. She is a sight for sour eyes. Geez professional and had a wonderful work ethic. She def needs a raise and a round of applause. She was very thorough and recommended a variety of drinks. Very happy go lucky and nothing short of elite. 😉“
“I used to love this place so much, but lately, when we go there, our drinks have been off on the flavor, or the drive-through cashiers seem annoyed that they work there. I usually go at a time that it isn't busy, so I don't see why they aren't as pleasant as they used to be. Just wish the service was better and the drinks had a good taste to them like they used to.“
“This location is probably the busiest location with the amount of orders coming in and with the lower number of staff. However, they work so hard and do such a great job at fulfilling orders. The drinks taste great. Food is great. There are peak times especially being located at a University. However, it's worth the wait. The staff is friendly and the manger/supervisor, Maria is the best. You can tell she cares and works hard to serve us.“
“This location has to be the loudest Starbucks I have ever been to. The music was fairly loud so staff members had to speak louder to take orders and speak to each other. Staff was friendly but, you could tell they must have had a lot of online orders as it took a couple of minutes from them to be able to take mine. Wait time to receive my drip coffee was an additional 5 minutes. My coffee was not very good. It was a bit bitter and luke warm. I did not bring this to the staffs attention.
It was clean with limited inside seating but plenty of outdoor seating. Lobby was clean.“
“The service here is above and beyond. Extremely friendly staff. It was the 2025 red cup giveaway day. I had not ordered a seasonal drink but when picking up my order the barista graciously offered me one. It’s the little things that stand out. Thank you for being so friendly and kind. Your jobs are not easy I appreciate you.“
