“We have been to lottttts of coffee shops and lottttts of Starbucks across Texas and this one was by far the best customer service we have ever experienced. I’m a coffee shop owner myself and I was impressed, along with my 6 year old son.

Keep being amazing, it’s very hard to have every employee on shift all giving amazing customer service but yall did it!!! 🫶🏼“

“Put in a mobile order for a friend and called to request a note be put on the side of the cup. Sarita was the amazing employee to answer and fulfilled my request to the “T”. As I know all Starbucks are super busy in the morning she was still able to accommodate. I will only order from this location for that reason alone. Thank you Sarita !!“

“Amazing location! I’ve visited many Starbucks throughout the country and this one is one of the most beautiful. I loved the atmosphere and the written testament of dedication to the community. The people working at this location were kind and helpful. I wanted to create this review so that others might be interested and visit for a similar experience. Was an amazing space to enjoy coffee and friends, to read or just have some creative thoughts. :)“

“No food this round and going inside is always a delight but this experience this time was bit long for there to be no one inside and drive thru was packed even a long line when I arrived yet, ppl after me left before I did and I was the only inside order person. But always a delight“

“this wasn't too far from where we were staying near Port Aransas. We drove down for morning coffee, it was a great decision. We sat outside nearest the water. While the most beautiful waterfront seats, it was a gorgeous day, the coffee was good, and servers were pleasant and efficient.“

“Stopped in for a quick coffee and had exactly the experience you'd hope for from Starbucks. The staff was fast, friendly, and kept the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. Drinks were made correctly and service was great.

The only challenge is the parking lot, which can get pretty crowded because of all the businesses in the area. That's obviously not Starbucks' fault, but it's something to keep in mind if you're visiting during a busy time.“

“i love starbucks but some of these employees do NOT know how to make a matcha latte. food is pretty good though, but the bacon on the sandwiches is usually really soggy and raw still. i never complain about anything to employees because i'm not an inhumane person so i just wrote a review but please work on the matcha latte-making skills here 🥹🙏“

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team at this Starbucks location for their exceptional customer service. Upon requesting a cup of water, the barista promptly and courteously provided it with a warm smile and without hesitation. In an era where such simple acts of kindness can sometimes be overlooked, this experience stood out as a refreshing reminder of attentive hospitality. The store was clean, the staff professional, and the overall visit efficient and pleasant. I will certainly return and recommend this location to others. Thank you!“

“I used to love this place so much, but lately, when we go there, our drinks have been off on the flavor, or the drive-through cashiers seem annoyed that they work there. I usually go at a time that it isn't busy, so I don't see why they aren't as pleasant as they used to be. Just wish the service was better and the drinks had a good taste to them like they used to.“

“This location is probably the busiest location with the amount of orders coming in and with the lower number of staff. However, they work so hard and do such a great job at fulfilling orders. The drinks taste great. Food is great. There are peak times especially being located at a University. However, it's worth the wait. The staff is friendly and the manger/supervisor, Maria is the best. You can tell she cares and works hard to serve us.“
