Can take a while sometimes but only during peak. Nice workers and good drinks!
It should not take 20 minutes just to get a premade sandwich heated up. They are understaffed, and the employees leave food for last on the order preps.
As a new sophomore student that has ordered here many times during freshman year, I've had far more bad experiences here than good. The employees do not understand the need to work at a fast pace because students need to be at their classes on time, especially in the mornings where that is a necessity. Starbucks on campus is known for its great location and fast service, especially during the summer when it is not too busy. The café is super clean, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a drink or a meal. Though it can get busy during the Fall and Spring semesters, the staff works hard to fulfill orders. Some customers have experienced delays, especially with online orders, but generally, the drinks and food are praised for their quality. Even during peak times, the friendly staff, including the dedicated manager Maria, ensures a positive experience. While it may be helpful to visit when there is extra time to spare, many find the wait worth it for the great taste and service.
