“I don't understand the bad reviews. I pick up food there at least twice a week, at different times of the day. My granddaughter and I love going there when she visits from out of town. I've never had a bad experience there. The food is freshly made, hot and delicious. This Sonic is the best and it will continue to be my stop for great food and service.“
“I was there in the drive thru on 12-29. I had such a problem looking for pretzel bugers from the website. Unfortunately it was not on the menu. The Gentleman that spoke to me over the radio so helped me to finally purchase the burgers I wanted. He was so kind and so patient. Once I got to the window a sweet young lady opened the door and knew what I was there for. She smiled the whole time. I wish I would have gotten their names. I hope the Manager knows how amazing employees he or she has.“

“Our receipt says Samantha, but I'm not sure if that was our carhop or not. We appreciated how super friendly the young lady with the red braids was who brought our order out. Our cheese conies & cheese tots were the bomb! Only disappointment at this location is the peanut butter shake was really light on the peanut butter flavor & the bathrooms the one time we did try to use them were awful. Everyone we've intereacted with though, whether in the drive-thru or at the stalls is always pleasant & that's awesome!“
“I've had a lot of bad experiences at this location. I just deleted my entire review to start over and give this place a fresh start as I did have a great conversation with the drive through window worker today even after having complicationsat stall 9 and 10. I failed to catch your name but you were professional, friendly, and just all a very good addition to this location! My 4 your old son loved the conversation and was definitely loving you for that! He is however not happy that yall dismantled the playground. Infact im catching alot of flack for it... going to need you guys to figure that out or put it back 😂 nothing was wrong with my sons order... or the few previous orders ive placed in the recent months.“
“Me and my grand babies dropped in for the playground as well as the delicious drinks. They were fast and friendly, food and drinks were fresh and tasty. You can definitely tell that the managers hold their store and service to a high standard. Great job Sonic !!! I will definitely bring my little taters back !! LOL 😆😂“
“Jasmine is an amazing kind young lady. Today some birds tripped the power transformer and power went out for min. Jasmine made sure she checked on all her guest and was able to get their order. My app wouldn't work and she helped me. She an absolute delight“
“Geneva our car hop was very friendly. She offered us condiments and no one in all the years we have been coming here has ever done that. We were also missing an item and she was very nice and fixed our order. She is a great asset to this store which in the past has not been this nice or professional. Great employee! She should be recognized for her excellent customer service.“
“Sonic is good. As far as food goes. Sure some stuff isn't great but that's fast food. The service is dependent on whose working. The younger crowd are not as respectful or professional but this has not been something out of control I needed to report. They are just young kids. And they sometimes have busted broken pay pads. But I know that's not their fault so I still enjoy it.“
