Employees seem to be unhappy. This was noticed in several of the employees. Also, Management of this franchise have and inforce special rules that the owner of the franchise has in place. Rules that are only specific to this particular location. I feel like the employees were more interested in being in control of the situation then actually trying to help me. The food at this location is okay. The service not so great and yet misphere not so great. I could have given them 2 stars but I decided to give them 3. They can improve all this if they really wanted to do I recommend this place I personally will not return. Except to whoever visits this location. Just don't expect a clean place.
