Slow and rude!
Service was faster than usual on that day and I was thrilled!. It appeared to be due to adequate staffing. I wish Sonics always had enough employees working to cut down on the rediculiuos amount of time customers are often having to wait.

Sonic Drive-In is a busy spot with hard-working staff. The new pretzels and cherry limeade cream slush are highly recommended. The service can be a bit slow at the stalls, but the drive-thru works well. Staff are helpful if there are any issues, such as when app orders do not register properly. Customers may need to go to a regular slot and inform staff about their app order, which might take extra time. The butterfinger blast, sprite, and chili cheese dog were delicious, and the smash burger is a favorite among many. One customer appreciated that the manager provided a solution when they ran out of items, offering free vouchers. Another customer mentioned that staff quickly replaced a spilled slush without hesitation. Plenty of napkins and condiments are available, making for a pleasant dining experience.
