Absolutely love the chicken, mashed potatoes and jalapeño poppers. The food is really good here, but the staff are also very friendly. Earlier today I tried to go eat at churches fried chicken and when I arrive there my friend and I noticed that the doors were locked and that they were sending people through the drive-through. I am blind and can’t drive and still they were trying to send me to the drive-through so I decided to come here and service was so much better. I would...read full review

Chicken Express, located on Staples, offers delicious fried chicken and friendly service. Customers appreciate the extra portions of sides like fried pickles and chicken tenders. The chicken is juicy and has the perfect crunch. The nugget ice is amazing. The dining room is quite, with no loud music or TV playing. Customers can self-serve to-go boxes and drink carriers.
The chicken tenders (strips) are the real standout, better than Cane's by a long shot. The Jalapeño Poppers are also awesome, and the rolls are light and fluffy with a touch of sweetness. The tenders are big and meaty, made with real chicken, not a reconstituted disc shape. If one is small, the restaurant will compensate by throwing in extra instead of disappointing customers with less.
