Ordered a lemonade slushie on the app was to be ready at 5:25 pm got at site wasn’t ready. Pressed the button 10 later someone came on stating they world be right out with it. 5 minutes later pressing the button again. You know if they actually would work instead of coming outside and talking to people n their cars they could get some work done.

Waited in line for 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front, got to the speaker and no one answered, i had to keep saying “hello” until they answered. Ordered chicken tenders, they told me to park in front of the building, waited another 10 min, got the order and it was cold! The tenders were flat/old and the fries like cardboard. I asked for a refund instead and the manager said “let me go get the drink we gave you back” so i said okay, waited another 10 minutes until the manager (a women with short hair) said “i already gave you the refund, it’ll be in your card in 30 business days” i was like “30 days?!” And she said “yes ma’am, have a good day” and walked away. Horrible service, not even a receipt of proof of the refund was given so who knows if i’ll actually receive it.

First thing me at this location. Took 30 minutes to get our mobile order after check-in. Manager would not do anything to discount or offer for the trouble. Plus, the shakes were partially melted and the requested condiments were not included. She blamed everything on short staffing and Sonic corporate app not working correctly and to go through them for refund, etc. Overall poor experience here and won't come back

Waited at the drive through 15 min. 3 cars ahead of me drive off from the ordering speaker. The drive through crew was ignoring the speaker. I had to actually drive up to the window and it took me some time but eventually someone came to the window after waving them down. I told them about the cara driving off. I finally ordered and once I got home to eat my oreo sonic blast was not blended at all. It just had a splash of oreo on top and strait ice cream. Horrible place to order and horrible service. I always go to this location and I noticed that service has been going down little by little overtime.

Place was busy and booming. Had to wait due to long line but great customer service. Very hard working bunch of folks. Their new pretzels are the bomb. So very good along with cherry limeade cream slush is my new fave. ♥️

If you order through door dash Sonic will screw your order up and tell you to call door dash it’s not their problem. If you can get your order it’s not bad. Expect long wait times.

I have given this place several chances and it’s plain BAD!! The food, service and EVERYTHING!! The workers have an attitude and are very disrespectful. The food is so gross it tastes like metal. When you complain they try to argue with you. I will NEVER come here again!!

When I have arrived at this location they were very rude taking our order and saying the couldn’t hear us as if they were annoyed then once we received our food they gave me cold mozzarella sticks , no marinara sauce , no ketchup for my burger, gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet tea and NO STRAWS!!! Such a terrible place to eat. Never come to this sonic !
