We had today’s special which spetzel with pickled cabbage. It was so delicious. He also had French toast, the special potatoes, broccoli quiche, apple strudel, and pretzels. Yes, we were hungry. Everything was delicious. A+.
Any time me and my Husband head to corpus, we always try to stop by JB’s! Especially on Sunday if we are able to make it for breakfast for their rolls and cookies 😋

Guests loved the Apple strudel with real, non-mushy apples and the authentic Strudel. Other popular meals include the schnitzel, bratwurst on a freshly baked baguette with spicy German mustard, and the homemade bretzel bites. The mozzarella triangles and mozzarella sticks are amazing appetizers, and the sidewinder fries are a must. The blueberry dessert was also amazing. The service is friendly, fast, and great, with staff who are super friendly and patient. The atmosphere is wonderful. The bakery makes breads fresh everyday. Guests say they can’t wait to come back and try new things.
