Went last weekend to grab some coffees before our road trip. Drinks were great as always, but was given attitude & eye rolls from the lady with blue hair & black pants with chains on them that took my order. All I did was ask her if she needed my # for my rewards since she didn’t ask at the beginning like everyone else does. She said “I was going to ask” with attitude then rolled her eyes. If you’re not a morning person don’t work mornings or if you’re having a bad morning don’t take it out on customers. (:

The drinks are great and I loved going there until recently I’ve gone and the girl that has some green on her hair has the worse attitude at first I was like “oh maybe she’s just having a bad day” but the other times I’ve gone I see how she’s all smiling with other customers but yet she won’t even say anything or won’t even look at me and when I’m about to pay which I usually use Apple Pay she looks so mad .

The coffee and drinks are amazing and up until now I’ve had fantastic service. My only complaint previously was that they would never mix in the cream in my drinks even though I asked. The employees were so friendly that I was more than fine with mixing it myself. Today I went to the shortest line that the first girl waved me to.There was a car in front of me so I stopped where she was at and greeted her, she cut me off mid sentence and said “To the end!”. Ok…. I pulled up and the other girl in the second lane wasn’t friendly at all, no smile, no how are you, nothing. I’m very disappointed in the service today. I so wish we had a Dutch bros .

Had a complaint today informed your ALLSTAR employee Annamarie she said no words just made faces of attitude definitely very apparent she was annoyed she was blonde heavy set female. Very nicely complained for a legitimate reason that was a mistake on 7brews behalf. Then she proceeded to walk over and run her mouth to her coworkers loud enough for me to hear every word from my truck in the second lane. The fact that your employee feels complacent enough to speak foul and make remarks, speaking with her hands like a game of charades to make jokes of a customer that is parked in hearing and viewing distance is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. I will never understand why employees get upset with customers because of a mishap the employee made. Wouldn’t you want to get what you ordered and paid for?!!

Always come here for coffee, great rewards program. Happened to come today and they were having some difficulties but the owner himself stopped by every car to apologize & thank customer’s for their patience. Our coffee still came out in great time considering what they were dealing with. Truly great customer service & I always recommend !

This is one guy's opinion but if you are going to spend the money on Starbucks drink it should be good and thats what 7 brew delivers. It's good coffee with great service that doesn't take 30min to get. First responders encouraged to try it.
