5/5 stars. I was nervous when they opened a new restaurant where Acapulco had been for so many years. The food is amazing, the prices are good for the portion sizes, and all the staff is very nice. This is my dad's favorite spot in corpus. Highly recommend the beef fajitas, Mexican rice, quesadillas and carne guisada with their sweet tea!!

Good food
It doesn't look that great but I give ZERO F's that food goes crazy. I was scared cause they changed their name but it's the same menu, people, food, just a different name and management. It's the go-to spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Stopped in today and glad we did, everything was excellent. You can't go wrong going to Los Compadres !
Huge chunk of plastic in my food that was mixed in with the asada and cheese not even a apology and had the nerve to ask if I still wanted my plate of food will never come back to this location

Food is always so good here....love the homemade tortillas! Ower and staff are all so nice! They served my daughter and I lunch today super fast after I told them I had to get her back to school. Really appreciated that...
Stopped in for lunch while out wandering. Enchiladas were excellent and my husband had beef fajita quesadillas. Service was excellent...really enjoyed our lunch.
They charge you $3.25 for each breakfast taco and there real small you have to each eat about two tacos . There the size like for a child 😕

I'm from Corpus Christi and you can't go more than half a mile without seeing a different Mexican restaurant, but Los Compadres is now one of my favorites. The food was incredible and everyone was super friendly! Will be coming back several times!
