Went for lunch and bill was $30.16 for two, left waitress $6 tip cash, 20% reasonable gratuity. I was charged the $30.16 and someone added a $10 tip for a total charge of $40.16 dollars in my credit card. This will be the last time I ever eat at any of their establishments, why do people now a days assume they can steal without being caught with online banking . Please be aware of this establishment and any of their other establishments.

The are too expensive they over charge you for anything just because its in a nice area im never going there again!

Came to eat lunch with hubby, after getting our plates I asked for sour cream when the sour cream came there was a long piece of hair, THEN I GRABBED THE guacamole to add to my quesadillas and there was a long hair in there! We got asco and didnt finish eating, mind you we had just started our plates. Get to the manager and my husband said we will pay for the teas and the queso we ordered, and the manager said she was going to call the police. To avoid the police we decided we will pay for just my husbands plate, she then said NO IM CHARGING FOR THE SOUR CREAM WHICH HAD HAIR IN IT. And the rice and beans I ordered!!! She tried to accuse me of putting my OWN HAIR IN our food. Clearly I have blonde highlighted hair. The hairs were dark black. WARNING! Check yalls food when eating at this place! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Manager was very rude!!! Please check yalls food!!!

They ALWAYS forget a taco or quesadilla in my order. It is so annoying that it happens every single time, I go out to make dinner/lunch easier not having to waste more of my time to go back and ask for something I already paid for. It's ridiculous.

This morning. Stopping in for some breakfast. Ordered two tacos. One potato and egg and one potato spam and egg. The potato spam and egg was all potato and spam, not much egg to enjoy a taco. After taking two bites it was brought up to the waitress who proceeded to go get another lady. She came out and had no care for a “customers“ concern. Her initial statement was “they put one egg per taco and if you want extra, it will be an added charge.” Since when does the cost of an egg come out of her pocket? My husband proceeded to tell her that he wanted a refund and she said no because he ate almost half of it. If it were up to him he would not have paid at all. Unreasonable hospitality. If you are the manager reading this review read that book. You have a lot to learn. I have been a restaurant manager for over 30 years and have never in my life treated a customer this way. She had no concern for the customer just for “the rules.” She was doing what she was asked that’s all she could say. Her management certificate came out of a Cracker Jack box. If I could give zero stars I would. On all categories. Will never return here ever due to service and “their rules.”

The food never lets me down no matter what I get it's always extremely good and the service there is amazing and the atmosphere positive energy every time there's always someone ready to open the door for you so far I've tried the sopas, enchiladas, flautas, carne al pastor, and quesa birria like I've said the food has never let me down worth every penny even the enchiladas are better than eating a big steak soooo delicious the pictures I provided are of the carne al pastor other than the main food the rice, beans, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, and pico de gallo is entirely so delicious everything is delicious best Mexican restaurant I've been to every other place I've been to the food isn't always this good please sponsor me I'm in love with this food.

They have gotten really lazy on their food presentation and quality. I asked for Asada quesadillas and they gave me fajita one piece cut like a steak in us in the quesadilla. Horrible horrible!!
