Love the food here but the service is always mid. I recently got double charged due to the new POS system they started using. Whatever you do, do not leave a tip if you do not want to be double, triple or quadruple charged. I was told by the manager that they recently got a new system and I was double charged due to leaving a tip and it’s happened to others as well. Came to eat lunch with hubby, after getting our plates I asked for sour cream when the sour cream came there was a long piece of hair, THEN I GRABBED THE guacamole to add to my quesadillas and there was a long hair in there! We got asco and didnt finish eating, mind you we had just started our plates. Tried it for the first time today. Although the waiter was nice the food was not! Both my daughter and I have been nauseous since 30 minutes after we ate.
Rice and beans were very small portions for the price but worst was the meat. Ground beef no flavor except maybe old?
Really disappointed.
