Fabulous event space. We rented it out for a private party. Great space. Great pricing. This is a hidden gem in CC. Veteran owner , too.

Located near NAS Corpus Christi. They distill their own alcohol as well as age their own and others (Dickel). They also make cocktails - my wife's espresso martini was good.

The rye I did not care for at all. From the bouquet to the finish I'm not a fan. Lukenbach's near Fredericksburg is far, far superior if you're seeking a Texan rye.

The cognac aged bourbon was ok, but the Tokaji aged bourbon was quite good. Snagged a bottle in spite of the price. Unsure which Tokaji vintner's barrels or style of wine they are using, but regardless the aging combination is a good one. Likely a Szamorodni or Aszú from the flavor profile.

Indoor & outdoor seating available. Shaded outdoor, which is nice.

Juan on staff a decent fellow. Owner's somewhat full of himself, but perhaps he was having a bad day.

Check it out & support a local business if you are in the area.

Juan was really nice and informative. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Individual tastings and cocktails available. The whiskeys are cask strength. I had the espresso martini which was pretty good. My husband tried 2 of their whiskeys and 1 rye. He really liked the tokaji whiskey - do much so that he bought a bottle of it. The owner has a touch of an attitude. Expensive.

What a FIND! Those who haven't been here but love a good cocktail MUST make their way here. Nathan is such a conosieur while being the most down to earth guys you know. Really special how he will spend time with each patron to give them the best experience possible. Great vibes with all the pilots (and pilots in training) coming in. Can't wait to go back for more.

I had an incredible experience at Aerodrome Distilling—from the moment I walked in, the attention and hospitality were top-notch.

The service was not only friendly but also knowledgeable—between all questions answered and recommendations offered based on taste preferences. You can really tell they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their spirits and the personalized experience they provide.

Between the Spicy Jungle Bird, The Espresso Martini and The Wifey you can taste the crafstmanship out of every drop.

A huge thank you for such a memorable visit. I’ll definitely be recommending Aerodrome Distilling all around, and I’m already looking forward to my next trip back!!!

We took a visit out to Aerodrome Distillery while we were in town in Corpus Christi for the first time. Place was empty, but in great shape and looked like a lovely place to try some drinks and relax.

The owner-bartender didn’t acknowledge us as we came in, and while we spoke spent the entire time on his cell phone. We had to ask directly if there was a menu, and were begrudgingly handed it. He actively discouraged us after we stated we weren’t big drinkers but enjoyed trying new things, saying all his drinks were high proof and we wouldn’t like them. He also lamented that the distillery has been very quiet the past two years, might be part of the reason for his behavior.

Really strange vibe. I respect the space he’s created and the clear work that’s gone into it, but the attitude from him actively made us want to leave, and so we did. Take this into account if you’re thinking of visiting.

Nathan is a master distiller and it shows in the breadth of spirits. I sampled a half dozen spirits at Aerodrome and each were complex and distinctly unique in their flavor profiles. When he travels, he seeks out other distilling professionals and learns their techniques. He shows respect by giving credit when talking about his work and in his cocktail menu. I particularly enjoyed the Amburana Bourbon, as well as his Amaro which was previously gifted to me. He also sold a barrel finished rum, Vida Cana, which I am tasting at home now. You cannot go wrong with any of his spirits.

The atmosphere was so cozy and relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends over a quiet drink. The owner-bartender was not only incredibly knowledgeable about his craft but also created some of the most amazing drinks! 🥃

We stopped here for a couple drinks after the beach yesterday and it did not disappoint. It’s veteran owned. The drinks were perfect, the ambiance was cozy and the owner was great! It’s on our list of top distilleries. Support local.
