Food was very good, service was good. Owners are rude and unprofessional. A party of 4 for lunch. We tipped our chef. When we received the bill there was an 18%gratuity added to it. I asked about it. It was not published anywhere in the restaurant or on the menu that gratuity is added to bill. They said that was for our server. Only 3%goes to chef. Owner is rude unprofessional and treats customers and staff poorly!
I just had the most awful experience I’m literally shaking from anger!!! We took Sophia out for dinner at koi for her 10th birthday bc she has been begging to do hibachi ! The owner is unprofessional and yelled at my niece until she cried at her birthday dinner .
Got there early and didn't get served until hour later or so . The owner rude and inappropriate.
The servers are good . It's the way the owner manages and treat the staff / guest.
