Waitress was very nice. Got there early and they let us wait inside for 15 minutes until they opened at five - which was nice. Had a Rolando sushi roll that was good, but both the Bulgogi skillet and teriyaki with ribeye Steak was tough and not very flavorful. The ribeye was overcooked, tough and had large areas of gristle. The sushi looked good that people were eating around us.

Great food and great service! All the staff were super friendly and my waitress (Makiko) took amazing care of me. I got the sushi deluxe plate and it was delicious. 10/10 recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely the best sushi in Corpus and San Antonio. Definitely must try the avocado bomb as a starter. The dynamic roll and Corpus roll are on point and the freshness is obvious. Customer service was amazing definitely will be visiting every time we visit from San

Nick was hands down the best server I've had in a lomg time! While the sushi didn't quite hit the mark for me—I opted for a fried roll that wasn't as flavorful as I expected—Nick still made our visit truly memorable. He was prompt, attentive, and offered great suggestions to enhance our meal. When I asked for a drink similar to Stella Rosa Black, he recommended a premium sake that was absolutely delicious and not overpriced!

I don't typically leave reviews unless the food blows me away, but the outstanding service we received from Nick deserves recognition. I'd definitely return just for the top-notch service. Five stars, and I highly recommend this restaurant—especially if you're lucky enough to have Nick as your server!

Oh my goodness! Words cannot express how much we enjoyed this place. The food was amazing, the staff is great and we appreciate that they’re open lunch time on a Saturday. The restaurant is a stand alone with parking at the back. While you walk towards the front door, you cannot miss the beautiful and very detailed mural.

Unfortunately, some items we ordered didn’t make it to the camera roll for they were devoured right away. We had the cucumber salad, sunomono salad, garlic and spicy edamame, avocado bomb, shrimp fried rice, aburi salmon and the party boat.

Everything was divine, chef’s kiss! We enjoyed the avocado bomb experience and the crunchiness of it. But oh my, I cannot stress enough how good was the aburi salmon, they told us it needs to be eaten just as it is and right away. It was heaven in my mouth.

Of course, we had to get their Party Boat, sashimi were cut in perfect thickness and the nigiri with the right amount of rice. Also, the shrimp fried rice was so tasty! They used the big shrimps which were cooked perfectly. I couldn’t get enough of it. They also serve Orion which I had the pleasure of trying, the beer was so smooth and easy to drink.

The owner, Wayne, was there walking around checking on customers and was very friendly. Will definitely come back to this restaurant even if it’s a 3-hour drive!

Really enjoyed eating here. Staff was great and helpful in selecting something good to eat. I believe I met the owner, and he was awesome. He's really full of history and information. He was very nice to everyone, including employees and customers, making us feel at home. He encouraged me to make and build my own sushi, which I did. It was excellent. Highly recommended with fair prices on sushi and other seafoods available to choose from. Parking is tricky to find at night, but is right behind the restaurant with more space next to the restaurant.

The best service we’ve had in a long time. My husband and I went out for a much needed night out kid free. They reserved a table for us and our waitress was the sweetest and honest on what to get and not to. The owner visited with us and gave us some sake on the house. They made us feel so welcome. The food was so delicious. We would have kept ordering because there’s so many great options but we let full and super satisfied.
