Love the place and the food is always amazing but please work on customer service. Came into the restaurant and was stared at for a good 1-2 min instead of asking what I'd like to order. I had to be the one to break the ice. The stare was uncomfortable and I had to look at my phone to not make it akward. The atomosphere today was not welcoming. It felt like I was a bother just going in.

Never had Hawaiian food! It was delicious. The service was great. Knowing I hadn't had this type of food the young lady assisted me by allowing me to sample the dishes... yummy

If you've lived in Hawaii, this place has the staples. I got the Aloha Poke bowl with spam musubi and the sun-kissed nectar refresher. The poke was consistent with what you'd get on the islands, to include portion size for a good price. The refreshers were amazing. Definitely a small taste of the islands. The musubi wasn't what I expected, but still great. I have missed musubi and glad I found a spot that has it. Definitely coming back to try more.

I was really looking forward to trying this new restaurant, but my excitement quickly faded. The ambiance was a major turn-off. I noticed the cook was eating food with her bare hands, which raised concerns about kitchen hygiene. To make matters worse, a server was wearing a very short shirt that rode up with every movement, exposing their stomach and torso. The combination of these issues completely ruined my appetite and made for a very uncomfortable dining experience.

I was expecting a sit down restaurant, and it it is not. However, the food was tasty and we will back. The seats were not comfy.

Had spicy beef. It was ok. Also had spicy chicken. It was very dry. The white rice was old and crunchy. It tasted like reheated food. The seaweed salad was good. Maccaroni salad was way over cooked and mushy. The drinks were good.

We’ve been coming to Aloha! Pacific Island Grill for a while now, and I figured it was finally time to leave a proper review.
Dine-in is always solid. The food is super fresh — you can taste the quality in everything from the meat to the sides. Nothing ever feels pre-made or reheated. It’s consistently well-seasoned, cooked just right, and served hot. We usually come as a family — my wife, our daughter, and I — and it hits the spot every time.
Service is quick and smooth, which we really appreciate when we’ve got our little one with us. The staff is friendly, the food comes out fast, and the whole vibe is relaxed. It’s an easy, comfortable place to enjoy a good meal without any stress.
Just a heads-up: delivery can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the timing or quality isn’t quite the same as dining in — but honestly, that’s not unusual with takeout. If you can eat there, that’s the way to go.
This has become one of our regular spots for a reason. Great food, great service, and a chill atmosphere that always makes us want to come back.

Atmosphere along with staff are very nice and welcoming. What I decided to get was the Huli Huli Wrap, it was ok… the meat is good but I wish it was spread out more evenly throughout the wrap

After two times of seeing the store front and being convinced that they only do catering (based of signs in the window), I tried again after seeing people rave about them in a Facebook group.
Here’s my breakdown based off my extend 9th Island standards:
Spam Musubi: Delicious! But smaller than normal and overpriced
Pancit: Delicious- probably my favorite part with the musubi.
Pineapple Pork: dry and mediocre flavor
Mac Salad: THE WORST Mac salad I’ve ever had. It tastes like it’s only macaroni noodles and watered down mayonnaise.

I guess my experience was unique. I found the pancit to be quite bland. The rice was undercooked. The bulgogi was stringy and fatty. The chicken dishes were pretty tasty as was the crab salad.
