Don’t even bother ordering online for a specific hour. When you show up for your food they’re gonna tell you that your order just popped out on their system so they’re going to barely make your food. Ridiculous.

Walked in and never got acknowledge till 15 mins later then finally got approached from them to tell me how many and left again. Funny thing he kept passing by just looking doing nothing! once again waiting then someone else approached me “have you been helped” I thought I did but NO! Then left and never came back. My daughter arrived I told her what happened cus she was surprised I was still waiting! She walked to the back to ask if anyone was working the front to sit us. They rudely told her NO! There is nobody! Very very bad service! Never will we go back!

We had never been to an Applebee's. It was disappointing. The food is nothing like the commercials or menu pictures. There were 2 mini bite-sized pieces in my Bourbon Street chicken/sausage dinner. Was told the sauce mix is pre-made, so idk what that means.😬 Our other dinner was a steak & it tasted like the ones you get off a truck. The rum drink was good. They seem to offer an interesting happy hour, but overall, I wouldn't return. The server was friendly.

Every time we go the service is awful. It took 15 minutes before we were even greeted after being sat. I was having an asthma attack and had to run to the restroom for some water. Server finally arrived 17 minutes later. Took our drink and food order. She took another 10 minutes to bring us our non alcoholic drinks.... 25 more minutes for our appetizers..... 15 minutes more for a refill. I am surprised this establishment is still open. Not to mention there were only five tables with guest . No reason for delay or horrible service. Never again. Zero stars across the board.....

I enjoyed my stop at the restaurant for a quick bite and a few drinks .The food was prepared well and the drinks were on spot.

I ordered a to-go curbside order, it was suppose to be ready on time! i waited for half a hour, no one walked outside to hand me my order. So i got off my car walked inside and asked the lady at the podium i had a to-go curbside order she rudely said “go talk to the Bartender” i went to go speak to the bartender. She was too busy texting on her phone i had asked her about my order and she rudely ignored me and walked away. Worst Customer service I’ve ever had to experience.

I came in the side door thinking it was a typical restaurant "To Go" only order and some last with glass says really loud "wrong door" in a mean way in front of others, embarrassing me... I wanted to place an order, I was directed her to place an order and starts to be very condescending about me placing an order and I just tossed the menu on the counter and told her she was rude. Her manager asked her what was wrong but didn't care to ask me anything. Sad to see this behavior and ad this is how the treat people much less a Veteran ( and yes I was wearing a military shirt). This isn't the first time I have been treated bad here. I had a waitress pass me up a few times , talk to a coworker before taking my order.....another time they left me standing there ....three strokes now, I'm done with this location. I live nearby and when I have been on walks around the neighborhood for a nighty walk.....Yeah, I done with this place. Stay away from it. Go to the Saltgrass instead.

I had gone in for lunch with a couple of friends. The atmosphere is very laid back. Our server was Jon, who appeared to be the bartender too. This dude was running all over the place and still kept a smile on his face. As we were gearing up to pay, we were informed that the credit card machines were down momentarily and that's why the check out process was taking a while from table to table. Get this guy some help! Amazing service. If the restaurant ran the way this guy does, it wouldn't be in bad shape. P.s. LUNCH SPECIALS ARE GREAT DEALS

As soon as we walked in, we were rudely told it's a 15 min wait, so we sat down. Immediately we were rudely seated and it took 14 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. They sent an extremely rude hostess to take our drink order. And that's only because I had to get up and ask for service. She said and rolled her eyes "give me a minute" and walked off. Wow. I went back to the table and rudely said " what are yall gonna drink" and rolled her eyes the whole entire time. I went and got up to talk to a manager and that bitter girl, said she talked nice. She wasn't even remotely close to nice. A very very nice woman quickly went to the table and re took our drink order and food, we appreciated that. But all in all, absolutely horrible horrible service from that woman. She needs a back of house job with that attitude (update) a very very nice young gentleman helped up and was so nice and respectful and helpful, leaving him a big tip) thank you.

I have never seen a Applebees with so mzny bad reviews. Sounds like a manager problem!
