never going to this location again!!!!! my server charged my card for my meal and my friends meal. she and the manager said they fixed the issue and I should be expecting the right charge to go through on my card. it’s been two weeks since i went to the restaurant to try and get my money back and still haven't received anything. The general manager seemed not to care even though this was their mistake. major inconvenience and pretty much got stolen from by this restaurant

I love Applebee's I always have but this time I came right after working a late shift all for the waiters to be complaining about people coming in and then not wanting to do their job. It was very unprofessional and made me and other customers feel like it was a hassle to even serve us. I understand being tired but ruining someone's experience is not okay.
Food was amazing it was my 1st time here, had the whiskey burger it came out amazing and out waiter Khyleigh I believe thats her name checked on us every 5 mins Thank youAnd I'll be coming back for sure

Terrible experience. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for a table in an empty restaurant. Finally got sat and never even got greeted by a server, asked what we wanted to drink, nothing. After waiting another 10 minutes we just got up and left. Really awful service. Hire help or better management or both.

It took 1.5 hours before we got our food. My food was cold and the steak was well done instead of medium. Fortunately I received a new one that was well cooked and also warm. The service was perfect. She did her best and was very friendly. But our fellow guests were also not very satisfied with the food. No more Applebee's for a while. There are plenty of better restaurants with the same price level.

So I love their cheese bites so good especially with that special sauce and the music is always good but you can always change it too lol and sitting at the bar is definitely the best! Bourbon steak with mashed potatoes omg... yummmmmm.
They sucked and the man with your manager was very rude they had kids that thought they were something big and I wouldn't go there if I was anybody

Bartender must have had a bad day because the ppl that were sitting in front of us ordered beer and they wanted the beer dressed with salt not lime with salt but regular salt the waiter comes back very apologetic saying I’m so sorry but the bartender is having a bad day (meaning he refuse to do that) the ppl looked stunned and said well they done it before but okay… NOW IN MY OPINION THAT WAS VERY WRONG ON THE BARTENDER PART!!! We the customers pay his paycheck does he need to be reminded!!!

The portions were very small, I ordered a chicken sandwich, the buns were burnt, the portion size was smaller than the buns, no flavor whatsoever, the waiter would disappear.Very disappointing visit.Not worth the money, will not return.
