There was a bunch of happy polite young people working. And no i didn’t win the lottery next. If the rest of the fast food chains would only achieve half of what this place gave me . Fast fresh hot food with a smile , just imagine what life would be like when you are hungry and tired. And all you’re looking for is not getting a bag of ketchup and that’s it. Good job Arby’s keep it up.

Their fish burger last year was great it was also less than $10 this year it's $12 and it was terrible the bread was hard the soda was flat and fries were cold there's a reason why there is only 1 Arby's in Corpus

Some of the worst fast food iv had. The chicken sandwich was hard as rock. The brisket was chewy and cold. Melted shakes and cold fries. Waited for atleast 15 mins to be highly dissatisfied. Called to see if they could do somthing, after 4 calls and no answer I went back up because no way am I paying 50 for inedible food. Currently waiting on a refund, manager is nice just wish they had better quality control because this is not the first time iv received nasty food from this location.

Sat at drive thru looking at my bag of sandwiches sit on the counter, for about 5 minutes while the obviously tweaking employee flitted around apparently doing nothing. She finally put what I assumed were my fries in the bag and started to hand it to me, looked at the screen and walked back over to the counter. She had waited all that time for Mac bites (which I had not ordered) to cook. So then the bag sat on the counter (NOT UNDER THE WARMING LAMPS) some more while she waited for fries to cook. She explained this to me, giggling all the while, when she handed me the bag. I was offered nothing in the way of an apology or any compensation.Needless to say, the only thing in the bag that wasn't stone cold were the fries.
It's sad I order here alot and I called to make sure they wouldn't but why would I order a drink and get no straw what so ever after trying to make sure I get one plus they always forget the extra sauce I'm paying
