I recently visited this restaurant after a long time, and boy, did it exceed my expectations! The fish and shrimp were cooked to perfection, with a delightful crispy exterior that complemented the tender interior. The potato wedges were absolutely awesome - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. What impressed me even more was the great value for money; the prices were reasonable considering the quality of food served.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant's cleanliness was also noteworthy, reflecting the establishment's commitment to quality.
Overall, I'd rate this restaurant a well-deserved 10 out of 10. The food, service, and ambiance all came together to create a fantastic dining experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

These people know how to fry seafood! Lite coating with some corn meal in it. I drive across town for their fried oysters 😋 I always go to the one on Port Ave. Small hole in the wall restaurant.

Food was fresh and good portion size. Got shrimp and fish. The wedges are big. Also got the snapper special for 7.99 with a free big red and cherry pie. Cant beat that deal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Laid back atmosphere. Will return

The husband heard they had good sopapillas, so we went just for that. He ordered 4 to go, but they gave him extra. I didn't think they looked that good, but they were yummy! Hot and crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside!

The food was ok but the people who work there are rude alot of customers complaining there is no shrimp sauce why advertise something and not have it its been 3 weeks and no cocktail sauce. This place is a hit or miss.

Great food like always! This is our go to spot when in corpus. I've been coming here since I was younger with my family. Best fried sea food I've ever eaten. Their stuffed crab is amazing! ❤️
💀 There is just no way there's one full-size fish and the rest are nugget size. We ordered a 12 pc to split between 2 kids and 2 adults, just a little something before we drive 2 hours home. I would have given 5 stars considering the tarter sauce is a signature and good as heck, but I am so disappointed we had to divide up 3 NUGGETS per person. It looks like they chopped up full-size fish to convenience a 12 piece. I feel played. Sorry. Please specify the size of the fish for this plate. I only came here because reviews showed a full-size fish for the plates.

1st time here. I was pleasantly surprised with this little place. I found it on Google maps and decided to try it for a mid afternoon lunch. I ordered the 3 fish and 3 shrimp plate. The fish was not that great. The shrimp was good. Maybe I should have pressed the catfish plate. I saw it and it looked better than mine. Next time. It does have limited parking space.
Well here I’m thinking I’m bout to get a nice piece of flounder I couldn’t wait to eat my shrimp and fish and oysters 😩I did not know I was gonna get a square and rectangle piece of fish I’m really beside myself I threw the entire plate bag straight out the window HOW DO PLACES LIKE THIS STAY AFLOAT EASY THEY ARE FRONTS FOR DRUGS CAUSE THERE IS NO WAY THIS PLACE SHIULD BE OPEN THIS PLACE IS NASTY AND THE LEMONADE 2 words sugar water 🤢🤢🤢🤢

First of all, when you walk inside, it is clean, the staff(the young lady who was taking orders, she was so nice and very friendly and easy to chat with... The prices wasn't bad, I thought it was fair. And most importantly the food was satisfying and HOT. COOK WHEN YOU ORDER IT.
