The icecream shop practices unsanitary practices. The lady grabbed the cone with her hand without wearing a glove. The cone and the icecream was good but disappointed with their unsanitary practices.

I went to Baskin Robbins with my family because my mom really wanted to try the new Dubai Chocolate Sundae. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the moment we walked in. The employee helping us a heavyset woman with gray hair was extremely unprofessional. She kept making faces at customers, rolling her eyes at customers. On top of that, the workers were on their phones almost the entire time instead of paying attention to customers. We felt ignored, and the condescending tone she used toward several people, including us, made everything worse.The ice cream was okay, definitely not worth it, especially with service like that. We won’t be coming back.

I ordered a birthday cake from here, selected mint chocolate chip but was given Oreo. They said if you do not select your flavor it automatically selects it. I 100% selected mint chocolate chip. So just triple verify. Maybe even call the store to verify.

This plans smells like urine and needs to be cleaned up management should do better it’s an ice cream place it’s supposed to be enjoyed not miserable !

Very friendly and the place is clean

went in excited for ice cream, left wondering how someone with that bad of an attitude ended up working in customer service. the girl behind the counter, i think her name was sam or samantha i'm not too sure, looked like i had personally ruined her day just by walking in. no smile, no greeting, just a heavy sigh like scooping a cone was going to end her career.
when i asked a simple question about the flavors, she rolled her eyes and answered like i was wasting her precious time. i get it, it’s an ice cream shop, not the highlight of your life, but come on, it’s literally your job.
she slammed our cones down on the counter, didn’t say a word, and acted annoyed when we asked for napkins (because god forbid ice cream actually melts). the whole vibe was rude, dismissive, and honestly made the experience uncomfortable.
the ice cream itself was fine, but service this bad ruins it. if you hate serving customers that much, maybe don’t work at an ice cream shop where people come to be happy.
definitely won’t be coming back until they find staff who can manage at least the bare minimum of politeness.

We visit this place almost every day with our kids. This worker is serving us for the first time, but she is not new to the store. Unfortunately, her behavior was quite unpleasant. She was rude when taking our orders, and it was the worst service we've received here. I don't understand why, considering it wasn't even busy. I was still finishing my first ice cream cup when she walked away. When I asked for the cookie crown and hat that come with the special ice cream, she responded, “Oh, you didn't tell me?” — other servers usually automatically include them, even without being asked.

When I requested the paper hats and saw her rude expression, she simply said, “I KNOW.” Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She was rushing, unfriendly, and not customer-focused at all. Despite her rudeness, I still tipped her 25% because I know other servers benefit from tips, and I felt it was the right thing to do. It even made me emotional because her actions felt unfair and inappropriate.

I don’t want my kids to witness this kind of service because it’s not normal. Kindness, patience, and friendliness should be the standard, especially when serving families with children. I hope the management will see this and take appropriate action.

Employees create too much drama where all customers can hear their drama

Too crowded, the building is the same one used for the last 25 years. There is never enough seating. They should add a second location or move to a larger building to handle the amount of customers.

Best ice cream I’ve ever eaten at

This place was awful. We took my special needs nephew to get ice cream. No greeting whatsoever, not even a smile or warm welcome. The place is extremely dirty, and I encourage you to find a different ice cream shop to visit in Corpus Christi. It was a very sad and dreary place. :(

It was my first time coming here & the staff was so friendly & helpful. I’m very grateful that they were able to have my boyfriend’s favorite cake ready in time for his birthday! Thank you so much.

Today was 31 flavors day, and I and my friend did not get the discount. This is the second time this has happened to me. I forgot to mention it. So i will continue to give my service to the valley when I am down there once a week. Of all the cheap, low-down tricks to do on your customers. He did not give me a receipt. You may be the only Baskins Robbins in town, and it has been around over fifty years. I lived most of my life here.
