I informed the Cashier that the ketchup was out of the container. She said OK and instead of getting someone to refill it, she went back to the cash register, even though there was nobody there. So I told another employee that the ketchup container was out and all he did was give me a couple of ketchup packages. A large group came in wanting ketchup as well and they wouldn’t fill it up. That is not customer service. I will not be coming back to this location.

We tried this out on the way back from South Padre Island, to Colorado Springs just outside of San Antonio. It was just what we wanted. You just couldn't find something to complain about. Great job guys!
Parking: When it came to parking we were actually towing a trailer and there was an empty lot next door. It just made it perfect all the way around.
Good was disappointing. Chopped beef was molido beef, brisket was dry because it was precut sitting on a cutting board. Macaroni had a cheap cheese taste or a not fresh taste. Dessert no complaints
Just spent 40 minutes in drive thru waiting for a pint of Mac n Cheese. Unbelievable!!! Who ever was in charge of this location at this time did not know how to manage. Poor service!!

I ordered online when I got to the store at the time the website said my order would be ready I was told it wasn't ready. I waited. After 25 minutes I found out my order was left sitting getting cold. When I wanted a refund so I could just go somewhere else they said I'd have to call a completely order number to get it. The manager stayed in the office and didn't come out to talk to me.

I ordered an unsweetened tea along with other items, I asked the young lady at the window to confirm it's unsweetened tea & with a bit of attitude she said yes, I asked for straws after everything was given to me & more attitude . Still ended up with sweet tea 😡 had to go back inside
