This place was really nice. Talked to the manager, he was a very nice man, helped me out order some 10 pounds of brisket. For my mother's funeral, thank you so much for everything that y'all do for everybody.
I informed the Cashier that the ketchup was out of the container. She said OK and instead of getting someone to refill it, she went back to the cash register, even though there was nobody there. So I told another employee that the ketchup container was out and all he did was give me a couple of ketchup packages. A large group came in wanting ketchup as well and they wouldn’t fill it up. That is not customer service. I will not be coming back to this location.
We tried this out on the way back from South Padre Island, to Colorado Springs just outside of San Antonio. It was just what we wanted. You just couldn't find something to complain about. Great job guys!
Parking: When it came to parking we were actually towing a trailer and there was an empty lot next door. It just made it perfect all the way around.
