Great hostess, Aleesha our waitress was attentive and so friendly. Had a little hiccup with my salad however the manager was quick to make it right. My parents love coming and I’ll be happy to bring them with this great staff. Bread bowl soup a must to try.

... The Manager (Lindsey) went above and WAY beyond top notch managing on Sunday the 14th of April when may family and myself went there after church for lunch'... The food (pizza) was excellent, but was not as she thought it should be , We saw nothing wrong with it (we all thought it was fantastic, because it WAS) ...so she comped us a second one to take home ( BIG surprise to all of us).. .. Our server was named Cole, and he was VERY nice and attended to us in stellar fashion... We will be sure to come back to BJ's more often.... The price was very reasonable and we so well taken care of that we tipped them almost 50 % of the bill as a sign of our appreciation for them so much care in seeing that our dining experience was excellent ... and it WAS. Katrina was the absolute worst server that I’ve ever had in my entire experience of eating out. The food was good though and the bartender there is the coolest. I would go back but I would specifically ask to not be seated with Katrina. :)

This was my first visit to this location. Usually I go in San Antonio. We were a party of 13 at about 8:45 pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was not busy and we were seated quickly.I had to ask another server to call our server. He gave no expression of good customer service when he said ok. Just very stoic. Our server finally got to us and took our drink, appetizer and dinner order. One of the orders was salmon and our guest, my husband, told her to tell the cook to even under cook it so it didn’t come out dry at all. Our meals came and the salmon was very dry and there was a large piece of the stock from the cauliflower on his plate. I asked the same first guy server to call our server but he had started taking another large table’s order so I got up to get her attention. Our guest told her about the fish and the stock of cauliflower and she took his plate back to be remade.I, on the other hand had an Asian salad. I was unimpressed with the flavor of the chicken.When the other guest’s plate arrived, nearly all others at our table were finished eating. It then also took quite a while for our bill to arrive.The experience was disappointing bc I have received better service/experiences in San Antonio and again, the restaurant was not busy. Service could and should have been speedier.

Delicious burger. Great fries. And I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Feels like a pub. They do however need an item at the table like most other restaurants i.e. bread, chips, popcorn would suit them well.
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Lindsey! She provided us with amazing customer service and was so kind when we needed help! She even shared info about the rewards program that I will definitely be joining! Much appreciated, can’t wait to eat BJs again!
