Steer clear! We are visiting the island for our first time and have this place a try since it was close to the apartment we rented. We placed a pickup order online and after paying was informed it would be an 80 minute wait. I called to verify this and find out how I would know when the order was ready so I wouldn’t get cold pizza or waste a trip down there before it was ready. The girl who answered was curt and rude but assured me she would call me before hanging up the phone abruptly. Long story short, we never got a call. After 90 minutes I checked in again only to be told she called and left a message “a long time ago”….lies. I went to pickup the now cold pizza and was greeted by the same girl who defensively repeated the same lie even after I offered to show her my call history. The remedy offered? To put my pizza back in the oven. So choices are burnt pizza or cold pizza. I’ve been in customer service and you can either own your mistake and make it right or be a belligerent fool and lose customers. To top it off, the pizza was downright bad and would have been that way even if it was hot. You will get a better pizza and better service at Little Caesar's fast food chain.

Delicious. Visitors to the area, we dined in for a late night pizza. It was great. Perfect crust and spice. Hostess was nice. Food was quick. Wish we had this one nearby.

They no longer offer the 18-in or 16-in pizza, they only go as big as 14 and they do not offer rewards or points. I could go directly across the street to Domino's who offers points and rewards and only makes up to a 14-in pizza. Sucks, have been ordering from this company for years now and will no longer do it.

Forgot to mention that island Italian is directly behind them and makes a 16 in. New York pizza is on the island as well and makes an 18 in.

Great pizza and wings! Pickup was ready within 30 minutes and the food was still hot when we got home.

Not a new York Pizza but better than dominos

they stopped carrying the 18 and 16-in pizzas (that I normally order once a week on Friday for about two years) they only carry up to a 14-in now. I will be taking my business directly across the street to Domino's who also only makes up to a 14-in pizza, but they offer points and rewards and are slightly more affordable. there is also another great pizza place directly behind them called Island Italian that makes a great pizza as well and goes up to a 16-in.

The pizza was pretty good. A little pricey, but all the toppings were good. The crust is big though, so if you are not a huge fan of crust, you might go somewhere else to find a thinner crust. We also got wings, I’d recommend sticking with the pizza for your order.

Love this pizza. We eat here every time we go to Padre. I love the huge slices! Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I’ve gotten totally brunt pizza from this store. My husband and I have been loyal customers for years but you’ve lost our business. We bought $40 worth of pizza and I threw it away….

Terrible customer service. My family and I went in and bought a large pizza and was excited to try it. However, about 10 minutes of waiting for it to cook, a man(maybe the owner l) started yelling from across the room. We had a small drink for our kids, and we didn't know it wasn't allowed. They have no signs to say other. Due to hard mean he was towards our family, I asked for a refund and left. As a tip, I would recommend they post a sign to notify people not to bring a drink or bottle for you kids or baby. Also, instead of yelling from across the room and embarrassing you in front of the customers, politely notify you customers of the policy. Could be the best pizza, but I'll never know nor suggest anyone go here. Worset first impression for a new customer.
