Placed an online order late. Order was placed for the next day by mistake. They corrected my mistake and got my food out in a timely manner. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Came here with friends a party of 8. Appetizers were hot, server was attentive in the beginning. Then it all went downhill from there. Everyone's main meals were cold. We were missing items, server disappeared, and everything asked for something it took forever to get. 20 min wait for 2 refills is not OK. They weren't that busy. The building was maybe a quarter full at best. Just disappointed.

I’ve been here plenty of times and have always had a genuinely great experience with great waiters and waitresses. But today I had a very bad experience with a waitress named Stephanie. She refused to sell my girlfriend a beer even after she showed her identification. She likes mixing beer and margarita and she didn’t want to bring her both , were paying customers what’s the big deal ??? Then we wanted to order the bottomless appetizers but we had a party of seven. She refused to sell that to us either because there was a limit of four but only two of us were gonna eat so why did she make us buy two ???? She’s acting like it comes personally out of her pocket . HORRIBLE service from Stephanie and I severely hope she gets spoken to as this will definitely make me drive to another buffalos just so I don’t get this horrible service again !!!!!!!!

I like it here. Once in a blue moon, when I go but, I have memories here. Long ago. The questionnaires game to battle one another for 1st place is free and comes with actual prize is fun. Food is good.

Happy Hour Item prices that are posted on-line (Official Buffalo Wild Wings website) are not the same in store. I was not told this until I got the check. Also, bathrooms are dirty.

Brought my family here Friday evening and we had a good experience. The food and service was excellent.

Had a great time and the service was great! Our waitress made it fun and when we asked if they could turn up the music they accommodated. The food was delicious and my son loved the cheese sticks!!

Buffalo Wild Wings ruined my lunch! Today during lunch hour I had to run some errands and decided to order to go at Buffalo Wild Wings. After I was done with my errands I picked up my to go order and looked at the time to see how much longer I still had on my lunch break. I still had some time so I decided to stay a buffalo wild wings and eat my food I ORDERED FROM THEM. This guy/employee comes up to me and tells me I am not allowed to eat there. He told me if I order to go then I need to go. It was not like I brought in outside food; I was eating their dam food. I can't believe they kicked me out for trying to eat my to go order since I had a little time left. I believe that was rude and unprofessional of them to treat a customer like that . They lost a customer for this incident.

The room was to dark, the waiter, kept forgetting about us but he was a great guy, and the wings were a bit over cooked...but overall your typical BBW

I had only been here once before when it first opened. My husband & I went in & stood there waiting to be seated while there was no one in sight. I had to go find someone to be seated. Our waiter was very apologetic. My husband & I both ordered beers(on tap) when I took my first drink, it tasted bad. Then the smell hit me. I asked my husband if his beer was ok. He smelled mine & I returned it to the bar. The bar staff smelled it as well. It smelled like the lines had not been cleaned. If you’ve ever worked a bar, you know how important that is. My beer smelled like a dirty mop! They asked if I wanted to change beers so I did. When I got the new beer we had the same issue. They said it was possibly dirty glasses or trouble with the dishwasher. Needless to say, I didn’t trust any of the beverages that had lines. Had tea. Had boneless wings. I ate 4. The food hit my stomach like a rock! I felt sick. I went to the restroom & instantly turned right around & walked out. The smell hit me just as bad as the beer. It smelled like a dirty mop in the restroom as well. It was filthy! As we were leaving I started looking at the restaurant & dang it is so run down! Typical Corpus! Will not return.

It smelled like backed up sewer or septic tank when we walked in. We should have left then. I ordered a black bean burger with swiss cheese, grilled onions, and mushrooms. The burger lacked flavor. There was an upcharge for the mushrooms of $1. My husband ordered the 10 wings with spicy garlic and garlic parmesan. He said the wings were mediocre at best. Friendly service. The women's bathroom smelled horrible.

The inside looks old and could use a makeover. A lot of BWWs I go to around the state seem to be in the same condition.
My waitress, Miranda,
was outstanding! She was helpful with how to navigate the app and figure out the free burger deal. Service is sometimes hit or miss in other BWW I have visited
I ordered the All American Cheeseburger bunless with a salad in place of the fries and 6 traditional wings without sauce.
I realized I had a coupon in the app and the waitress showed me how to get a second cheeseburger free!

In again for lunch today. Very crowded this visit, parking lot was full. Not sure why today??
Staff was handling the situation well.
Waited in line to be seated for about 15 minutes. Ordered my usual all American Cheeseburger and 6 naked wings. My waitress actually remembered my food order and I only visit once a month. She is awesome!
The inside was clean even with the pandemonium of the place vertually being full.
My food was hot and fresh and tasted excellent!
Definitely recommend this BWW!
