Worst BWWs we’ve ever been to. The wall where the booths are is falling apart and warped. The bathrooms were so disgusting I almost threw up in there, they genuinely looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When the food came, the chips were brown (overcooked) and so were the wings. They were so hard that I left half uneaten….

Literally the WORST experience I've had at Buffalo Wild Wings, I came in with a group for lunch and we had an hour and a half to eat. Our waitress was so rude and took forever with our food. Over 45 minutes!!! The manager also came out and was very rude just tossing our plates onto our table with to-go boxes because we then had no time to eat and had to head back. We are first responders and were given the worst treatment for nothing we did wrong. Do not recommend to ANYONE. Learn respect and give it where it's deserved.

Me and my partner went and waited over 45 minutes to receive my appetizer, 2 minutes later I received my food so I didn’t even get to eat my appetizer because by the time I would finish eating it was cold. And the person taking my order (kaylie) never asked my once if I needed a refill, if everything came out fine, or if I needed anything else. But there was a group of Caucasian lady’s behind us and she constantly checked up on them when she didn’t check up on us once not even exaggerating. Asked for the check waited another while for her to come back so I stood up so she’d know I was ready, we made eye contact and started talking to a customer, so I had to go and ask the bartender to close it out.

Was feeling like some wings it being football time. So I ordered some take out to be picked up. As requested by me the order was ready right on the dot. The waitress was pleasant with an attractive smile. All was good so far. Then I arrived home and opened the still warm bag. The potatoes were excellent cooked crispy just the way it should be. Moved to the boneless chicken wing box and there was the disappointment. There is a lot of coating and very little chicken. If that really is chicken. So if you are yearning for excellent fried potatoes and friendly pleasant waitress then this is your place. Chicken wings, go somewhere else.

The wings were extremyly overcooked!!!! The mgr comped our wings, but one has to wonder why they were even been allowed to be aerved in the first place. Whrn we complained, we were told that there was 3 managers there at that time. So, how the heck does dried out, overcooked wings get served in the first place? And, we ordered wedges with cheese on the side, and they came from the kitchen with the cheese poured all over the fries. Just all around a bad experience!

Placed an on line order at around 8:00pm pick up time was 8:30pm I made my way to the restaurant, after 25 minutes I finally was able to talk to someone and ask about my order the young lady said that they haven't even gotten started on it long story short I waited for almost 2 hours for my order. This is by far the worst service ice ever experience. Never again.

Chicken strips looked like they were cooked in old oil i called and talked to an employee and i was told they used old oil because they were understaffed and it smelled really bad inside

Placed an online order late. Order was placed for the next day by mistake. They corrected my mistake and got my food out in a timely manner. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Came here with friends a party of 8. Appetizers were hot, server was attentive in the beginning. Then it all went downhill from there. Everyone's main meals were cold. We were missing items, server disappeared, and everything asked for something it took forever to get. 20 min wait for 2 refills is not OK. They weren't that busy. The building was maybe a quarter full at best. Just disappointed.

I’ve been here plenty of times and have always had a genuinely great experience with great waiters and waitresses. But today I had a very bad experience with a waitress named Stephanie. She refused to sell my girlfriend a beer even after she showed her identification. She likes mixing beer and margarita and she didn’t want to bring her both , were paying customers what’s the big deal ??? Then we wanted to order the bottomless appetizers but we had a party of seven. She refused to sell that to us either because there was a limit of four but only two of us were gonna eat so why did she make us buy two ???? She’s acting like it comes personally out of her pocket . HORRIBLE service from Stephanie and I severely hope she gets spoken to as this will definitely make me drive to another buffalos just so I don’t get this horrible service again !!!!!!!!
