This was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings.

I'll start with the positive: there was no wait time and the flavor of the tropical margarita was great.

Negative: our table's food came out at different times even though the order was put in at the same time. My 1.5 yr old & 2.5 yr old were the last to get their food by quite a large margin! My food was cold and congealed by the time my babies got their food. And the people we were with were already done eating.
The server hardly came to check on us, to see if we needed anything.

I will NEVER go back.

After several tries at the same location: No smiles and everyone seemed to be having a bad day. That reflected in the "who gives a damn attitude." Wings were definitely cooked too long since we couldn't chew them. and no seasoning. Won't be going back again for a long time.

Giving 2 stars overall mainly because bathrooms are truly disgusting. Looks like the clean toilets but the stall walls, the floors etc are horrible. I was afraid to touch anything. Hate to see how bad the kitchen is. Main dining doesn’t look that bad until you look closely at the floors around edges.

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The location is in disrepair, with sticky tables and filthy restrooms. To make matters worse, we were served half-rotten vegetables alongside our wings! While the wings themselves were decent and the waitress was attentive, the overall experience was unacceptable. I was forced to change my baby in the car due to the unsanitary conditions of the bathroom and changing area. This is simply not acceptable!

Filthy place, the Celery and Carrots that came as side, I wouldnt even feed to my Rabit, how can you serve squichy and half rotted stuff. The Wings were good, but after visiting the restrooms you loose your appetite. The place looks like an homeless shelter under a bridge. My recommendation: fire the Manager!!!!

Sometimes, this place can smell a little musty when you go inside. The pleather on the seats can be very worn out. Service can be extremely slow. The wings, appetizers and drinks are delicious. Tuesday and Thursday are BOGO days!

Seemed understaffed, unorganized, and requires more training. A server had 3 beers: 1 on each hand, another one betwen the elbow and her boob - the girl was spilling all the beer over her arm, so I asked my server if they weren't provided with trays, to which she said they had them, but just didn't use them. Our food came out all mixed, for instance, we ordered the kids food, and later our food, then 1 of our orders came out with 1 of the kids, and we didn't see the rest of our food till maybe 10 mins later. It honestly started out good but went downhill soon after.

Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had. Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed of this location. It was clear that the staff didn’t care at all about their customers. The smell hit us—this place reeks. It’s a mix of stale grease, old fryer oil, and something else that can only be described as "off." It immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a completely miserable experience.

The waitress was absolutely awful. I’m not sure what her problem was, but she clearly didn’t want to be there. She gave us attitude from the second she arrived at our table, barely acknowledged us, and acted like we were a huge inconvenience. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she made multiple snide comments throughout our meal, clearly judging us because we didn’t want to spend a fortune. At one point, she actually said, "Oh, so you're just getting the cheapest stuff, huh?" like we were beneath her for being mindful of our budget. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in a restaurant.

And the food? Don’t even get me started. It was beyond terrible. The wings were dry and overcooked, the fries were soggy and limp, and everything was drenched in so much salt that we couldn’t even finish our meals. The "signature sauces" tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge for days. Nothing was fresh, nothing was flavorful. It felt like we were being served leftovers from a previous shift.

To top it all off, the entire restaurant felt dirty. The floors were sticky, the tables weren’t properly cleaned, and the bathrooms? Don’t even think about going in there.

I don’t know if it’s just this location or if Buffalo Wild Wings as a whole has gone downhill, but after this experience, I won’t be back. We were treated poorly, served terrible food, and felt totally disrespected. If you're on a budget, don’t bother—apparently, being careful with your spending means you're not welcome here. Stay far, far away from this place.

Not only is the place littered with crumbs and looks a bit dirty, but these servers now a days are very rude. I tried to be very polite but I had kindly asked for a refill and my waitress basically scoffed at me and was very short with me the whole time. Did not have a good experience and left unhappy and feeling bleh.
Do better and try to hire people that are positive and friendly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my awful experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings located in Corpus Christi. From the moment I walked in, I knew something was off. The staff was incredibly slow and seemed uninterested in doing their job. We were seated and waited for nearly 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and even then, it was only to drop off a menu without a word.

What really ruined the experience, though, was the blatant racism we experienced. My group was a mix of different ethnicities, and it was impossible to ignore the way we were treated differently from other tables. The staff was dismissive and even made passive-aggressive comments that were completely uncalled for. One of the servers was openly rude to us, while other customers—who were white—received much faster and more polite service.

To make matters worse, when we complained about the poor service, the manager barely apologized and seemed more interested in defending the staff than addressing our concerns. It's honestly unacceptable that in this day and age, such behavior still happens in public establishments. I won’t be returning to this location, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before giving them your business.

There are plenty of other restaurants in Corpus Christi that know how to treat customers with respect, and I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.
