Supposedly hours online are incorrect even though I have been to this location plenty of times after midnight. So if you think they are open until 1am, they aren’t. Claims Google AND the website are wrong. Yeah, okayyyyy. Restaurant smelled bad and girl upfront was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location

This place needs to be shut down! Absolutely horrible. The first thing I see is the host cutting celery on the tables where we eat as customers. Second was the smell. While the hostess is walking us to our table, the carpet was so sticky that my sandals about came off. The restrooms smelled like rotten eggs.

First the smell is awful when you walk in. Floors are dirty and restrooms floors are soaking wet. The told me they don’t do all flats on Tues. No BWW has ever told me that, that normally charge the extra $$ and go on. I go to BWW all over the country as a driver and never ran into this. I decided to take my money elsewhere.

Didn’t even get to sit down waited at the front door to be seated for 15 min before seeing a couple and a family walk out after sayin they had been waiting about 30 min to be seated and none of us had even as little as a hi we will be right with you. This is the second time I have gone in a year and the last time we were seated and then waited a very long time for cold food

We waited a long time to be seated and there were open tables around the restaurant. The hostess handed us the menu and said there's a table in the bar area. So we went and sat ourselves. Once we got to our table after waiting a while we had to wave down a waitress to take our drink order. We ordered a couple drinks from the bar and it took so long that they brought out 1 plate at a time so everyone was eating at different times, half way through our meals we finally received or drinks. I had to go to the bar to get straws and had to go to the front to get silverware so we could eat.

It was super busy with the playoffs going on the TV, but they got us a table way faster than I expected. We also got served right away, which was great since I could tell they had a lot of tables to serve. Our server was awesome, too. Overall, the service and the food exceeded our expectations.
