I love this Burger King when I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest hello welcome to Burger King the manager on shift was very polite and nice she took my order very quickly and my food was very hot when I got it the young lady named Alicia was very helpful on my orders I did not know what I wanted to order until she helped me we need more people like her at Burger King thank you Miss Alicia for all your help and your recommendations will come back down to Burger King soon

Went for breakfast and was wondering if they were open it looks like it’s closed but I without a doubt would go again, the service is 10/10 everyone is nice and the atmosphere is very clean however there wasn’t anyone in there besides me and the workers the general manger crystal she was super nice, the cashier William was very friendly and had a good conversation with, the chef Cheesy cooked up a very good solid hardy meal. 10/10 will visit again.

This is so funny the way Burger King works. I just tried to give another opportunity to Burger King and then I come to this one in downtown in the doors are closed. Very disappointed.
11/14/2025. Went to pick up a DoorDash order between 12:50pm-1:00pm today and walked to the pick up area. There was taller man with a head set working the drive through and giving out the orders. He was so rude. I was the only one standing there and when he finally turned around and looked at me I was about to speak and he just yells a customers name. The customer got the order and he just turns back around not even acknowledging me. I get your busy but he could have asked if I needed help. I stood there a little longer just staring at him waiting for him to have time to talk to me. Another customer comes up behind me and is waiting to speak to him as well about her food. This man turns around and just stretches to look behind me and asks the lady behind me what she needed help with. That was so rude. He helped her and then I stood there in the same spot like an idiot for another minute and then I just left and unassigned the order.Not getting disrespected for a 5 dollar order. I let DoorDash know too. Train your employees on customer service. Never picking up an order there again and never eating there. It looks dirty anyways.
