These employees are deaf. When I placed the order I had to repeat myself several times. Right then and there I knew something about the order was going to be WRONG. I was correct I said No PICKLES, NO ONIONS... So yes it angered me when I found pickles in my burger. Pickles that I should have lunged at the entrance door glass that way they would have had to clean it up. Maybe next time? I would have had them remake it but I was not going to get back in line. Next time I will sit there and check the order to make sure it's done how I ordered it. Burger King needs to fix their intercom because it's not the first time they mess up on my order. Either that or hire bilingual employees.

So employees didnt know how to redeem crowns on app or how to use online gift card. Employee was rude and had no knowledge of anything. I had to tell them how to do these things. It's sad this use to be my favorite one. They got rid of the old manager and now it seems like they lost their way. I'm so upset at my service I'm scared to see the food. I'm not going to post till I see the food as well. Update: food came out amazing...the person working in the back great job 👍👍👍

I went to buy a hamburger for dinner and the microphone in the drive thru was not audible at all and the man who served me was very rude saying that he was asking me for my drink to which I repeated that it was not audible and I told him that I wanted a hamburger without cheese and they put on it what I told them not to put on it, they gave it to me and it was open and dripping with mayonnaise and they gave it to me in a piece of paper all wrinkled, I always like Burger King hamburgers they are my favorites but today the service and the food was a disaster

Slow service due to what I think was a lack of manpower. When I was finally served it was by a Mgr. Who was very nice. I only stopped by because I was craving a flamed broiled burger 😋. Which did not disappoint.
