Best Burger King I've been to in awhile. The food was fresh, mozzarella sticks were nice and crispy, the chicken nuggets didn't taste old or soggy, the fries were fresh and crispy, service was fast. I think I might have to drive from Southside to here just to get their food.

Fast-food isn't fast anymore, you have to wait 19 minutes or more when it should be faster as back in the 80s before technology we had our large hot whoppers in 3 minutes, fries were hot

I went to the line at 10 minutes before lunch was over with like I did three more days ago asked for the two five for five of the original chicken sandwich so I was going to get it with a order of cake like I did before where at lunch time I said okay no problem I'll come inside because I really want to take some time to look up I walked in and you'll see from the picture the girl with the bonnet on her head She spoke to me The lady with the headset not two words she refused to speak to me because she thought I guess she thought I was going to give her the blues about not being able to get the pancakes in the two chicken sandwiches I could have just sat there and waited which is what I was going to do for the 10 minutes and stuff and she refused to wait on me. She didn't even acknowledge me The man in the picture who has waited on me and served me several times in the morning very kind very nice person He also did not acknowledge me cuz he hurt me tell her I would just come in didn't go in with an attitude not even angry even from the tone of this not mad at all I just went over to Whataburger and gave them my money there was nobody there inside or in the drive-thru but me and she refused to acknowledge me She was literally putting labels on The food that you use to prepare the burgers at the burger station. It's okay Burger King You don't need my money I'm your line was so short that and whataburgers was wrapped around now we understand it's people like her. Oh and thank you because I was going to get that chicken patties and those pancakes that were not healthy for me at all and Whataburger has a really good apple and cranberry salad with chicken on it that I just discovered Thank you so much for being exactly who you were lady with the headset on most appreciated because of your ignorance I got better food.

This would be the second time Iāve came here and the second time they messed up my one single item order. I order one crispy BACON AND SWISS chicken burger and ask to remove lettuce and tomatoe but they remove literally everything but the sauce. This is the twice time. Update as of 03/01/2025. They still suck, the crossed eyed manager had my food waiting to be bagged for over 20 mins and he cried cuz he didnāt have help. Hire people idiot.
Asked for a diet coke to which they said āwe have coke zeroā I say thatās okay, even though iām not familiar with it. I drink my drink and itās gross to me, but since I assumed that was due to it being zero and not diet like iām used to. 3/4 of the drink, an upset stomach, and high blood sugar later I dig the receipt out of the trash to see what they gave me. It says regular coke. Iām beyond upset, I ONLY continued to drink the drink despite the bad taste ONLY because I assumed it was another safe -no sugar- drink I wasnāt used to.
Next time, or this time actually, depending on how bad this affects me, a law suit will be in order. People donāt order things for the fun of it. And I have a dash cam with audio recording for stuff like this.

Most of the crew here is really nice.. I'm at the hotel right next to it so this is a convenient stop for dinner. Sadly, tonight I went by and my fries were freezing cold. Like not even kind of warm. I'm scared of returning food because of all the horror stories of what ppl do to your food when you do, but this was disappointing. I work 13 hour days, and look forward to a hot meal when I get off.

They close the interior 2-3 hours before the listed time, acted like I was insane for wanting to order inside at 9pm, and said I had to either order in the drive thru or leave, don't recommend
