I gave this Burger King three chances, and each was worse than the last. My first experience at this Burger King. The service was terrible and rude. The drive through took extremely long to service you. The second time they were still rude and the place smelled like dirty mop and there were flies all over the place. The last I placed an online order for drive through since is was the closest bk. When I got there no one was working the drive through and the doors were locked. There was no indication that the place should be closed anywhere. I had to reach out to support to get a refund for my online order. Avoid this place

The place is falling apart and there are bugs and flies everywhere. Cashier this morning was doing her best, although I can imagine it must be frustrating when some machines are working too slow that they’re almost inoperable and the person/people running the store don’t maintain it well.

I've been here for 2 years, almost 3 now. This BK was actually really decent when I first arrived. Great service, the drivethrough was quick and food was almost always correct. This last year, 2024, god this service, the food, have been awful. If my food wasn't wrong, it was my moms food that was wrong. I don't know what happened in mangement, maybe someone left and the next person in charge is just dogshit. Either way this BK is awful now. Save your time and just head to Whattaburger or McDonalds or Sonic.

Best Burger King is trash and the service sucks they take forever to take your order and then make your order they are very rude and dirty they don't use gloves the floor was very sticky and the women's bathroom was nasty it did not smell good the food was not hot I will not be ever going back or spending any more money at this location
I waited 20 minutes to get my food as the so-called manager took 5 minutes to make three Whoppers as I watched. She said she was busy with big orders but she moved so slow that I don't know how they even got one order out. The owner manager someone district manager needs to get a hold of this location and figure out its malfunction. So if you're wanting to come here and spend the evening out this is the perfect place to go for fast food but yet I don't know 30 minutes later I'd stay away from here Go to a different Burger King if you're really wanting a burger. Oh yeah this was a mobile order.

terrible, tried again as last time was terrible few years back, well they have been consistent, food ordered one way and guess they didnt agree with how we wanted it as they made it how they wanted it, unsweet tea filled with enough sugar to hype up an elephant, was not busy, 2 cars in parking lot and figured that was the two workers, this one should just shut down as it is one of the worst facilities i have gone to.

Ordered online pulled into the drive thru and had to wait 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Got in line and waited another 15 minutes for a cold cheeseburger with only lettuce. They didn't have the stuff to make the drink. I gave it a 2 because the fries were fresh and the guy at the window was really nice. But what a waste of money. This is why I go to McDonald's.

Wow, I can't believe that the burger king on Saratoga is so bad , the dine is closed doors are locked , because they don't have enough employees!!! This burger king has lost so many customers since I've been here because they can't go in and eat. The drive thru is super long. I really can't believe that the people are all leaving they are losing so much business, and no managers insight. Apparently they only have two people working which is why they can't open doors to the public. I initially went back to BK because a few days before I went and got food, and it was completely wrong , the manger called me after reading my review and told me to please come back and he would make me my order Right, well I decided to give them a second chance and the guy at the drive thru tells me that John isn't there and he can't do my order , unbelievable I asked if he could call the manger John and he said no ,but if I had his number I could call him myself. After waiting in line at the drive thru for about forty minutes I get told NO. I seriously think that one star is overrated.
