When you have 3 items missing from your order and drive all the way home and to find that missing and they have to drive all the way back for a missing cheese burger, small fry and large onion ring. You’d figured they would at least apologize for the inconvenience or at least offer an extra fry or something. I should’ve just asked for my money back because now I’m going back to a cold burger.

We went through the drive thru at 10:29 pm and ordered the SpongeBob meal with some nuggets and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal large and everything was great but when we were giving the food, and checked, the SCCS wasn't in there so i called back and asked if I could come back through and get it, they said yes. So we pulled back up to the drive thru and told them and they said to pull up to the window so we pulled up to the window and we told the girl at the window that we just just had the missing sandwich we then had to wait for about 20 minutes or so and then when we were given the sandwich it was very messy and soggy.

I gave this Burger King three chances, and each was worse than the last. My first experience at this Burger King. The service was terrible and rude. The drive through took extremely long to service you. The second time they were still rude and the place smelled like dirty mop and there were flies all over the place. The last I placed an online order for drive through since is was the closest bk. When I got there no one was working the drive through and the doors were locked. There was no indication that the place should be closed anywhere. I had to reach out to support to get a refund for my online order. Avoid this place

The place is falling apart and there are bugs and flies everywhere. Cashier this morning was doing her best, although I can imagine it must be frustrating when some machines are working too slow that they’re almost inoperable and the person/people running the store don’t maintain it well.
