Literally terrible we just left from here , not only did they mess up are burgers but they only gave us 2 fries out of the 4 we ordered. My sister went back in and they refused to give her the 4 frie. Why?. They weren't busy at all. So why do we have to order twice ? Worst experience. Bathrooms were shut down . Place was gross. Train your people better and learn how to clean .

I walked in and the smell in that restaurant was nasty. It is filthy in there. I used their restroom facilities which were nasty as well. Left without ordering. I won't go back!

Burger was BURNT!! How is that even possible. Asked for salt 3 TIMES, and lady gave me straws first, then pepper second. Total disappointment, makes me not want to go to ANY Burger King here in Texas

Who manages this location!!! Every time I go to burger king in calallen it's like there is no manager on duty! Or maybe that's the problem!!!! Slow service, no total until you get your food! Total laziness on training or the actual problem is manager level UP!!!

I ordered a whopper with no onions..what did I get? You guessed it, onions Placed smelled like the 80's old & outdated and in need of an upgrade bad. I didn't complain I just wanted to get put of there..sheesh
