My most recent visit to you're location was shocking the employees were rude, lacked communication, and dismissive. When talking to them they were very unprofessional acting like there job was hard don't get me wrong I've worked in fast food I can understand the frustration. It was just wrong place wrong time hopefully. No excuses for not being professional and having bad manners we all have a hard day get over it. Continued to 'forget' my burger and my jalapeño chedder bites and took 20 minutes to make it. Burger king wasnt busy indoors and the drive thru was mid only saw like 3 cars. No one had hair nets. Do better have a nice day.

Guy who took my order was rude and none of the workers were wearing hairnets on top of that, the one that was getting my fries was a girl with green hair . She literally was scratching her head and none of them were wearing gloves. My husband had to tell them in the front about her, touching all the fries and her scratching her hair … Very disgusting whoever was the manager this night needs to be fired!

Took a sip off my coffee and felt something floating around my mouth, it was a dead fly. Look at the picture.

Then the other day I found a hair on my burger.

Only went back for that $3.99 kids meal. I’m a broke ass college student, gotta do what you gotta do when you’re hungry and broke. 🫠. Not going back though.

I just went through the drive through and the guy working it was very rude I was ordering and asked him if he got everything I said for on my meal and his response was “ that’s what you said right that’s what I put alright “ this store needs better employees everytime I come the workers do not know how to communicate very ugly mannerism this was 10/26/2025 9:08 pm if the managers care to see who it was scheduled and maybe talk to him about how he talks to people lost me as a customer never again

I always order my hamburgers with cheese and about half the time they forget the cheese. I pay for it, but it is not on the burger. This has happened several times. Today I ordered hamburgers with cheese and bacon. I picked them up at the drive-in window, and when I get home, no cheese, or bacon, on the burgers.
