Burger King

Well, they blew their last chance...went in yesterday evening to grab a burger. Stood at the counter and waited, and waited, and waited, the drive thru-line was wrapped around thw buildng, and when I went inside I could see no one was working the drive-thru window. There was one employee visible behind the counter, but he never acknowledged my presence...finally, as no one appeared to even take my order, I left without dinner. After years of complaining about rude, lazy employees and bad service, and begging corporate to do something about it, now I'm just done with them, they might as well close this location, it is useless.

don't know why this girl is a manager. I left, she had a customer at the counter that she was raising her voice to. the lady ordered cheese on her hamburgers. the lady stated she hung up on her. put the cheese on another burger that wasn't ask for. I wouldn't come back in your business ever again.

Went through the drive through, but the woman working there (Tuesday, 10/15) at like 8:30 was clearly doing a lot but she was still very nice. Keeping up customer service while being rushed is super commendable.

Went to go eat at burger king on Friday, Sept 30 2024. Just got back from a game and wanted to get some food. It was around 9:25 or so. We wanted to go inside but the doors were locked.. we did see 2 girls inside not in a uniform... So we decided to go through the drive thru. After waiting for like 10 mins at the speaker. We just left. It says they close at 12am. It's a good way to lose a bunch of business cuz I won't be coming back.

The 2 women played cat and mouse with my food.
In an attempt to teach me a lesson.

Personally like the morning and lunch staff they are so friendly and I visit often the food is always fresh and delicious food I think Claudia the manager is doing a wonderful job and her staff...

Wheelchair accessibility: It's really accessible for the elderly and handicap very close by the entrance

The customer service was horrible. I'm not sure if they are short handed or what, but there was hardly anyone there but just to get my order taken, took forever and the employee on drive thru was rude and sounded very annoyed to be at work.

You go there to order expect to wait plus they serve kettle cooked style fries instead of hot fresh. They put like very little ingredients.
