Worst service ever. This is the second time we went because we actually love Cheddars, but lately this location has fallen off bad. Last time the service took forever and food was cold. This time we waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to offer us water or anything. We got up and left because if they were gonna start there, it was surely going to get worst.

Super busy on this particular visit. My plate was delicious but my "PAIN KILLER" drink seemed to be missing the pain killer (alcohol). Tasted like a plain pineapple juice drink. Waiter seemed to be just learning the ropes but was nice. Over cooked grilled cheese on this visit, but manager was nice enough to take off ticket. We will go back but on a much less busier day.

Came in and ordered some food at the bar. Shortly afterwards two other groups came in and said at the bar. All of them got their food before I did. The service was horribly slow. It didn't give me plenty of time to notice that the coolers behind the bar looks like they were rusting and falling apart. I've eaten at Cheddar's in various States and this is by far the filthiest one I have ever seen.

Came in ordered an appetizer on the table kiosk. And called the waitress over for a frozen margaritas. 15 min into our wait 4 top seats next to us recieves mixed drinks and appetizer before we even get our 1 mix drink. The waitress looks directly at my empty tea glass as I ask about my wife's drink. She proceeds to go to the bar and retrieve my wife's order and then brings appetizer salad and entree all to the table at once. With no regard for food timing. Any pivot from a kitchen should know appetizers salads entree are sent out in a sequence not a buffet.
