This isn't the first time, but it's the first time I have posted here. This place is peopled with incompetent employees. They serve ice cold food, and sadly it's not even an full order. I ordered two meals and a sandwich along with an order of LARGE waffle fries. They half filled the large container and sent us in our way. I tried calling to complain, but the number was busy, again and again. I am giving up trying, but be warned if you go here and try to order to go. Please check your order for accuracy. They will short you and give you cold food if you let them. Shame on this company, and the management who obviously takes no pride in their product, staff and logo.

My boyfriend and I come to pick up food for our friends and family here and what brings us so much joy and happiness visiting this location is a worker named Laura <333 that lil lady has the most WONDERFUL customer service we’ve ever received! Please take care of her at all cost, she’s a gem xoxoxo

visited Chick-fil-A today and Matthew took my order. He was incredibly kind and his calm voice made the whole experience feel really comfortable. I felt genuinely taken care of. Excellent customer service—10/10!

Went thru drive thru gentle man was very rude when. We asked for mayo after we waited 10 minutes for the car in front of us to get their order. Rude just rude!

Chick fil a food is always great and I've NEVER had a bad experience with the customer service until this location. The lady working the drive thru was so RUDE for no reason. Please do better

for some weird reason, the tablets do not take pay from the app. You have to go where they hand you food and pay there. I have always paid using the app. last 3-4 months it has changed?

I ordered my food through the app, drove up and my app was glitching and I couldn’t scan the QR code. It said my only other option was to inform an employee that i was there. I waiting at the intercom for a minute and nobody helped me, I pulled up the front and nobody asked me about why I was sitting there even after two of the cars behind me got their orders. I had to call the store to let them know I was there to finally get me out of the lane. I get people are busy but I know someone could’ve noticed me sitting there. Also didn’t get my chick fil a sauce.

I get 30min lunch break and could not go back to return this nasty salad. ate toppings and left everything else. paid 10$ for spoiled dirty lettuce. also ordered ice tea. tasted spoiled and had lil ice. worst food I've ever gotten from chicfila
