I ordered my food through the app, drove up and my app was glitching and I couldn’t scan the QR code. It said my only other option was to inform an employee that i was there. I waiting at the intercom for a minute and nobody helped me, I pulled up the front and nobody asked me about why I was sitting there even after two of the cars behind me got their orders. Stopped by today and was highly satisfied with the food and customer service, one worker In particular Mathew was the nicest fast food restaurant worker I have ever came across by, he was very kind and welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed as well as other customers dining in, he was doing a great job keeping the store clean as well! So far this has been my best experience with a fast food restaurant!
