I ordered in the drive through and made the mistake of not checking to make sure all my food was in there. We ordered 3 meals ans got two. I checked my receipt and it was 3. I got the food on the way home so they were far from my house so I didnt go back. I did the survery and they asked if I wanted to be contacted I said yes. This was at 10 this morning and haven't received any call or text from the store. Well atleast my daughters got to eat I didnt grt my food only my drink. Would love to be contacted since I spent 35$

The service was excellent, and the front staff were very friendly. However, the food quality was disappointing on this visit—the chicken nuggets were tough, and the fries were overcooked. Additionally, the employees working in the kitchen appeared unprofessional, which affected the overall experience.

First Chic-fil-A I have ever eaten that was bad. I truly believed there were no bad ones. I have eaten them all over California, Texas, Arkansas, Florida, and Alabama. This one is horrible. Food at lunch time was old. Old, at lunch time! Grilled chicken was cold to the touch. Fries were old enough to be rom temp. I was told I could not have a small fry, it had to be a med or large but I eat the same meal in Austin every week and they have no problem taking my money for that meal! My son didn't even finish his and it was his final meal with us before us leaving town after dropping him off for college. He said he would never return here and would tell his roommates at A&M CC. Even the parking lot is a complete disaster. They have the Chic-fil-A vehicles parked on the correct side and customers park on the side where the drive-thru is. So customers have to cross the drive-thru lane to get inside. SWAP THE PARKING LOTS and make the current customer parking for Chic-fil-A vehicles and overflow customers. No brainer. Anyways, HORRIBLE location, the ONLY ONE IN AMERICA I guess.
