We ordered delivery with a bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce and thought the sauce was missing. I called the store to complain because my kids must have the sauce for their sandwiches and fries. Jalyn answered and I said I had an order delivered and my bottle of sauce is missing. She asked for my name and she said she packed the order and to check the bottom of one of the bags and sure enough the bottle of sauce was under the fries! My kids were elated and I was impressed. Jalyn blew us away and she was so kind and cheerful. Thank you Jalyn!
