Got order out 2 orders of waffle fries wasn't in the bag. The girl that gave us our order was rude just plain rude. Our Chick-fil-A at home is Awesome.
Consistently incorrect orders. Management does not do anything to improve quality control nor customer satisfaction when orders are wrong.

This has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A , ordered 3 meals and they forgot my kids meal. When trying to call and let a manager know, no one answered. Asked for a large water and they told me no, after I said I would pay. Still told me no. I said CHARGE me for a soda and give me a water . Still said NO.

October 24, 2025 I ordered the Spicy Southwest salad that I was going to eat at the grocery store before shopping (so I didnât pass out) but they forgot to put a fork in my bag. I was already at the grocery store before I realized so I didnât want to turn around. I shop while my salad gets hot and ruined because a fork was forgotten. I thought about eating it with my hands too but decided not to. I tried to report this issue in the app but it keeps re-routing me to the same page.
