Customer service is great! The food is so yummy! I love receiving rewards, but I always seems to missed all of my rewards when given to me by a manager because it's use within that day. I don't always get my emails I guess, but I appreciate them just wish I could use them!! Thank you
Generous caring employess not 1 time but 2 times i wentthrough drive throgh orderwd food and endex up fulland meal paid for by employess.let me just say 1st time i had 4 bucksand me and my frie d were starvi g yes litterally.and by the time we got to the window where people get their order a employee stopped uscayse we were leaving mo dollar menu there wehad to leave only 4 bucks to our name nut the employy paid out of pocket and it was the best chicken strips i gave ever eaten solely due to the love they have for the customers and the helpi g hand thank you CHICK-FIL-A

Almost 30 mins to wait for my order, was 2nd in line at drive tru, told to move to via spot, waited, then when they finally brought my order forgot my coffees, also forgot sugar and jelly etc. Going to the Taco stand next time

If you don’t have 25 minutes to wait in line in the morning, don’t go. Also, the whole mobile line is so stupid, nobody pay attention so just take orders at both lines.
