The server we had last time we went was amazing. The service was fast and she was so attentive. She refilled our drinks constantly and just made sure we were good. Chilis is life.

Rude employees and management who will lie to your face then act like they did/said nothing wrong, no concept of time, no respect for door dashers knowing they don’t have drivers of their own. Will be speaking with GM and corporate tommorow

Server was not focused at all on our table, waited for him to do everything from drinks,slow taking order then got it wrong on top of that. Charged me for the wrong order that he put in for me on a separate check!!
Good thing I was paying attention.

The order I placed took more than 40 minutes to arrive, but the food was cold inside, like it was frozen, and it tasted funny and dry.I understand that the restaurant is busy, but if I have to wait that long, shouldn’t the food at least be properly cooked?
No one wants to wait a long time and pay a high price just to eat frozen food.
My first takeout order it was the worst experience.

Very rude staff. The food was brought out cold. They gave us one silverware for two people and told to eat with one fork. Very rude bartender

I absolutely love the food at Chili's. Their white skillet queso is my favorite and the sliders. However, it is ridiculously cold here. It's really hard to enjoy your meal when you're literally shivering. This is how it is every single time. It's not because of the seasons as it's 57° outside right now.

We had the pleasure of being seated in Lisa’s section. She was amazing inviting kind and attentive. We had a rambunctious 10 year old that she was so kind and patient with and made his day by being her genuine self. Most servers would have been frustrated or irritated but she laughed n played with him even giving his picachu stuffy a hug. The food was also great super fresh and cooked perfect. Tbh we had stopped coming here and haven’t been here for about 3 years due to bad food and crappy service. The family we were with wanted to go here so we decided to give it another shot since it had been so long and I’m glad we did . We will be returning and asking for Lisa for sure!!!!
