Guy behind the bar I believe his name was Dustin, great service very attentive. Good conversation made it a laid-back atmosphere. Will definitely be back again.

We came in to have a desert and were told it would be 45 minutes to be sat, so i put our name down and then sat at the bar top to have a few drinks while we waited. When i sat the bartender looked at me rude so i told him my party was walking in and we were gonna sit to have some drinks. He asked are u waiting for a table ? I told him yes and he exchanged a look with his fellow co worker like we were causing a problem . He made us feel unwelcome , gave us our one drink order and not once asked us if we were okay the whole 45 min we sat there. He was a bald guy piercings , girl co worker was dark hair pony tail lots of makeup . I use to be a server, so I know how it feels to be busy, they weren’t busy since he had time to scroll on his phone .

Tonight we went to Chili's for a super late dinner and it did not disappoint. The food was really good but was exceptional was our server, Danielle. She provided such excellent service that went above and beyond. She was so friendly and so attentive not only to our table but her other tables as well. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Whatever hostess working July 7th 10:02pm needs clear retraining on customer service given how they treat chilis customers trying to call. No explanation, no care for others, just hanging up on customers trying to ask the simple question of if it is even possible to place a to go order. I would have even understood an explanation of it being too late if that were the case, but she didn't even have the common decency to do that much. Whoever is in charge neeeds to look in to the employee costing them money, because that definitely isnt going to encourage any repeat customers.

Came to eat here after about 2 years of swearing it off because of how horrible the service had been previously, we stopped in for dinner and let me tell you the service we received from Janelle was just amazing! Very attentive.. made sure we didn't even get close to being thirsty. Super sweet young lady. Food was good the only Lil complaint I have and it shouldn't be one really was it was really cold ..next time I'll take a sweater.. Overall I think we will return due to the service she gave us! I hope chillis knows they have an amazing server working for them!

Our waitress was extremely rude when I went. I ordered the triple dipper and when I received it the burger bites meat was still pink. I don’t know if it was intentional but it caused me to have food poisoning.
