My family and I go to chilis often! Our servers are always so friendly and when we do to-go pick ups they are super nice and helpful. The food is great and so is the service!
Customer service was very rude & unprofessional at this location. I went to pick up an order and the cashier was very rude & she didn't have her hair tied back. She was placing food in containers, pouring sodas into cups, etc. That is not good customer service nor following food safety. She brought out my beverages with liquid all over the cups, looked like she did that intentionally because she handed others their beverage cups nice & dry. She didn't apologize when I told her that the cup was wet on the outside & I wiped cup dry. She was taking it out on me because the entire time she was working on my order, she was asking another employee why she couldn't get a break. She was obviously not in the mood to work nor give professional customer service. No other employee has ever been rude in the past.

Went in with family at 830 pm for a New years eve dinner our waitress was kind and attentive,food was Good and Hot and I was Greatful that we weren't rushed to eat and leave before closing.As Im sure employees working couldn't wait to close and be with family.Thankyou staff at chilis Calallen you definitely have my continued Business .

The waitress was super kind and flexible. We made couple changes to the menu and she helped us a lot. I wish I could remember her name to give her the credit . Food was very good. Our kids loved the quesadillas, the broccoli and the corn. Water also tasted so good. The ladies bathrooms were clean and well supplied with soap and toilet paper

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary tonight. He's never been to chili's and it was great. Food was amazing. I would put 5 stars but the wait was about 45 minutes. Which was disappointing 😞 overall was great. Despite the long wait. I would say worth waiting for I guess lol I mean my husband and I cleaned our plates.

Unfortunately, my visit wasn’t good at all. The waitress was nice is probably the only good thing. My party of 4, walked in to a dead restaurant and one other table. We order our drinks and food all at once. Which was appetizers by the way. Just to wait an hour minimum for the food. And their reason was the kitchen busy. How??? There’s no one in here. I don’t understand I guess. But I never seen this problem in other cities.

Dry rub for ribs non existent, no flavor, despite it looking delicious, but no flavor tasted like boiled pork no seasoning!
We both had the 3 for 10.99. The burgers were juicy, hot, and delicious. The fries were also hot and well seasoned. Chips and salsa was wonderful, chips were fresh and crisp.
