We went to go dine with the family. They took our order. My wife and three kids and mine. The children receive their meal first then when they're done eating we received our meal... not sure what's going on in the kitchen but this is the second time it's happened and we're not going back

Haven’t been to a chilis in years because it seemed to have gone down in food taste, service, etc. This Chili’s in Calallen was fantastic. Burgers were great and everything else we had. I appreciated the service we received from the manager and staff there.
I love chili's but the one on US 77 has not cooked my meat right 3 times. I order medium rare and one occasion I ordered for myself and a friend and his was medium well mine was medium rare both of our steaks were over well done scorched outside and tough. The flavor was there but was not what we ordered. It was to go so we didnt want to go back and get it redone. The staff and place in general is wonderful dine in I havent had an issue but every to go order the meat is never what i requested.

Food was great. Love the Cajun chicken pasta. Blackberry flavored tea is one of my favorites! The chips and salsa are better than any Mexican food place because the chips are thin and hot. I always take a bag home along with some salsa.

The bar back came over to the table and confirmed how I wanted my drink made. I tipped well. I thought that was a nice gesture and there's less traffic here than the other location.
