Chipotle Mexican Grill

My husband and I frequently come to this Chipotle and have been met previously by subpar service, mediocre servings, and a messy environment. HOWEVER, tonight I had to complement the staff as I observed them during our queue in line— they were all moving with purpose, communicating to each other when ingredients were shallow and needing replacement, wiping down the tables, and communicating immediately to the customers what was out/time for refills. As I continued to observe them, it seemed they had a leader who was jumping around and helping each area (from server, to cook and to-go orders), to which I applaud her! You can’t expect your team to move efficiently if the leader does not lead by example! Kudos CC Chipotle! 👏

Thursday night. Queso and chips. Chips were very stale and hard to chew. Queso tastes like it was in powder form, almost grainy.

Every time we go to this Chipotle they are out of something. We have walked out more times than not. We decided to give them one more try as we like their food. Ordered a salad and saw only one container of dressing. Asked if they had more and they said “No, we are out of salad dressing “. This was at 6:30 pm. Needless to say we walked out for the last time.

Employees not helpful and no sense of urgency bouncing around through orders. Waited 25+ minutes for a door dash order that should have already been done. Whole line of people and everyone waiting on employees to cook protein this is insane at 2:47 pm the food should be hot, ready, and good to go

Couldn't even tell that they were open. Walked in at 11: 05. Their food bar is completely empty except for four things sour cream cheese and two meats. Decided to get a bowl and completely and utterly disappointed with the fact that they had eight people that I could see working and they have been open for 20 minutes and don't have anything on the line. When I asked for pico de gallo they said they didn't have it I look over to the mobile ordering station and it's there and I said well what about that and they're like oh yeah let me get it I walked out.

I came tonight and they were doing AMAZING can’t rave enough about the team from tonight always very nice and friendly. I saw all these reviews and they all seem to be bad but them running out of stuff trust me is just as annoying to them as to us!!! And even when they’re out they offer alternatives or recommend you guys do great with what you have :)

Worst chipotle by far. I used to eat chipotle at least 4 times a week a couple years ago but it has really gone downhill. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go, they always are missing some food. Either chips, veggies, chicken. It’s always something. And the trash cans are completely overfilled, it’s like the employees are just ignoring it hoping it’ll go away on its own. Such a disappointment

This is by far the most incompetent work staff on the planet. It is faster to eat at a restuarant than it is to wait in line for 1 chicken bowl. It would probably be faster to drive to Portland and get a chipotle bowl, the issue is it’s not here and there, ITS EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I was in and out pretty fast but I ordered a veggie bowl and they ran out of veggies. She called in the back to get more and I asked if I could have what was left in the pan and she told me there was nothing there. I had to ask the next person to go back and get the rest of the veggies. If they excepted tips at this location, I think the service would be better. I did get in and out pretty quickly but there were a lot of employees standing around when they were running out of things constantly

probably the dirtiest chipotle ive ever ordered from, rice was undercooked (very hard), line moves extremely slow

I have been to this location 4 times now and every time they have no white rice, no chicken, no steak, no veggies, and no guac… today was extra special they didn’t have any lids.

I’m not sure who does their ordering or who is in charge of having the food line stocked but they need to be fired.

I get a bad day, but four times in a row is unheard of.

One person on the line while 2 others stock paper bowls. No one seems to know what they are doing. Another chipotle ruined from incompetent management.

Gross. No one said anything when I walked in or stood there looking at the to go shelves. I’d never done a to go order there before. The bowl I got looked thrown and tossed around. I don’t know how fresh the ingredients were either. Wish I would have gone literally anywhere else
