My husband and I frequently come to this Chipotle and have been met previously by subpar service, mediocre servings, and a messy environment. HOWEVER, tonight I had to complement the staff as I observed them during our queue in line— they were all moving with purpose, communicating to each other when ingredients were shallow and needing replacement, wiping down the tables, and communicating immediately to the customers what was out/time for refills. I came tonight and they were doing AMAZING can’t rave enough about the team from tonight always very nice and friendly. I saw all these reviews and they all seem to be bad but them running out of stuff trust me is just as annoying to them as to us!!! And even when they’re out they offer alternatives or recommend you guys do great with what you have :)

I was in and out pretty fast but I ordered a veggie bowl and they ran out of veggies. She called in the back to get more and I asked if I could have what was left in the pan and she told me there was nothing there. I had to ask the next person to go back and get the rest of the veggies. If they excepted tips at this location, I think the service would be better.
