Service was not terrible but some training is definitely needed and possiblymore staff.

There was no asada, chicken or veggies. The person before us said she could wait for chicken. I wanted asada but I was tired and hungry so decided I would just get steak. Basically the same anyway other than the seasoning.
Instead of asking for our order while the person ahead waited on chicken the staff member stood there looking at the cooks waiting for chicken....

Service was fast and friendly. Restrooms were a little unclean, no forks, punch and Coke were both empty, and chips were stale.

The chicken bowl was good. It seemed like with seven people on the front line- items depleted could’ve been replenished.

My husband and I frequently come to this Chipotle and have been met previously by subpar service, mediocre servings, and a messy environment. HOWEVER, tonight I had to complement the staff as I observed them during our queue in line— they were all moving with purpose, communicating to each other when ingredients were shallow and needing replacement, wiping down the tables, and communicating immediately to the customers what was out/time for refills.
