Great experience! The other one on Staples was much further from my home and always packed/out of items. This was our first visit to the new Chipotle and I’m glad one is close to home now! Clean, no wait (we went to order in person to take home as is our preference), staff was friendly, meal came as we requested, chips were fresh, and we were in and out with our order very quickly. Glad to see a south side option now!

I was super excited for a chipotle to be on this side of town. I Figured I’d be eating here often due to the new, convenient location… but after this visit, I doubt I’ll be back.
First, I elected to walk in and carry out. 7 people in line ahead of me and took 19 minutes from the time I walked in till I had my food in hand.
The dinning area was messy but nothing in comparison to the kitchen. For a brand new location, it was in shambles. Good splatter on the wall, dirty grill with charred chicken caked onto it, messy line covered in food… not the typical cleanliness you see at a chipotle with employees (usually) constantly whipping down their workspace.
When I finally got up to order they were out of brown rice, steak, fajita veggies and corn salsa (all of which I normally add to my bowl).
$13.10 later I get home with cold food and the most STALE chips you’d ever had. Might as well have eaten the paper bag instead.
Overall, without a doubt, the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I will not be back unless it can be assured to me and verified they’ve made serious changes at this BRAND NEW location. Sad.

I've been here twice and both times the food was dry and barely lukewarm. They were out of quesso both times, and the tables were dirty and trash was over flowing.

Ok, I went to this new Chipotle store four times before I wrote this review. I've been arriving between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, but the problems have been the same regardless of the time. The restroom was a nasty mess on my last visit. The food is good for fast food, but the line moves way too slowly. In general, the workforce has zero sense of urgency. There is no sign of management. Behind the counter is an absolute mess. They have been out of white or brown rice on three visits, meat on two trips, queso on one visit, fajitas veggies on all four trips, sour cream on one visit, cheese on one visit, chips on two trips (No medium-sized chips), and lettuce on one visit -- yet the price is the same. Thus, this is obviously by design to save on food costs. The steak is too tough to want to order it again. The chicken is dark meat only, but it is good if you like that. The asada is good. The chips were totally stale on two visits. The drink bar and utensil area were a mess on most trips. The trash receptacles are at the top on most trips. Clearly, being understaffed is by design to save on labor costs. Thus, it is better than taco ptomaine, as I haven't gotten food poisoning yet, but keep your expectations low, as the above criticism must be acceptable to the franchise owner, who has found their sweet spot when it comes to maximizing profit.

YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE! These people are working way too hard because during dinner rush you have one cook. You need double the employees working that you currently have. What is wrong with the owner? Pay better and hire more people for the love of God.

Thank you to the manager and the cashiers for having humane practices and making sure I got something to eat for the night I’d be have to support this business and it’s growth. Great job with the hires

All I will say this place open and it not clean. The management needs better training. The food was cold and tasted old. Have no plans to ever go back to this store.
Who ever runs this place needs to get a hold of it.
Because there alot of health code violations.

The fast lane is awesome. My bowl was ready before the time it suggested. Thank you for bringing this to the south side. I hope you open a location in Flower Bluff next.

don’t place a order for digital pick up, i waited in line with 3 cars ahead of me for 45 minutes. the 4 cars behind me were able to reverse out of line and that was a first for me as i followed as well. my husband went inside and asked to have the food remade since at that point the food should of been made 45min- an hour ago. there was gonna be another wait for the order. save yourself the trouble and just go inside

Poorly managed. Hardly any meat to choose from since nothing is ready, stale chips with piles of salt on them, trash cans are full over the brims, lack of morale is on everyones face and the food will be cold so don't worry.

Absolutely horrible! Had to repeat myself multiple times. Charged me $2 for guac that I never asked for. I wondered what other scams they are doing. Now I’m going to be checking my receipt before walking away, I don’t care how busy it is. You can tell they just wanted to rush people out. Had to ask for queso on the side like four times and it still wasn’t even at the cashier so I had to ask again. They just don’t listen. Asked for double carnitas, gave me one scoop so I had to ask again. Had to say I wanted pinto beans like 3 times. The staff was so quiet, I couldn’t even hear them and I’m hard of hearing so I had to guess what they were saying. And it wasn’t even busy so I had no idea why the service was so horrible.
There was one upside and that was the portions were good to the point where I didn’t have to eat anything for the rest of the day. Maybe I’ll call corporate when they are open tomorrow for the $2 guac charge.
Great food, fast service, and actual places to sit. Don’t listen to these other 1 star reviews, they are simply impatient. The store just opened of course it’s going to be busy. I went at 2 PM on a Friday, zero line and the worker on the line as fast and quick. Zero complaints.
