Pizza is great and the salad bar is always fresh
Staff was up selling very patient for a Friday night but the manager had amazing customer service I was amazed and will be back sooner
This review is based on our 2-month silver membership.
Prices aren't bad due to having membership discount. Pizza is always good. Salad bar seems pretty fresh and stocked.
Employees are neutral. Some/most are just kind of robotic-like. Half the time, getting a new plate for the salad bar takes forever.
Most times we've gone, only one or two game isn't working, but the last time we went, over 5 of them wasn't working (and it ate my tokens).
The price for the Play area is definitely pricy because I feel like my 4 yo doesn't play there long enough to justify the price.
Overall, I would still give it 4 stars, maybe a 3.5.

Great place for kids to play video games and eat..kinda pricey reason for 3 stars.
Well where do I start? Very expensive for me and my son medium size pizza and drinks+ 100 points for games 78 bucks!! Kicked here is while playing games someone decided to throw away our drinks and the remaining expensive pizza I bought!! Not a great feeling but that's what we got.
It's good for kids. But several of the games did not work. The lady at the front was very helpful and friendly
I had my daughter’s 3 year old birthday and we had Gage as our host and I can’t say it enough how good of a host he was. Very attentive and friendly!!! A bit pricey but overall it was worth while!! 10 stars!!!
We visited Chuck E. Cheese for the first time in over 10 years and were pleasantly surprised — it’s much improved. The place felt cleaner and safer, and there’s a new jump center/play court (extra fee) — a smart idea, though parents should still watch for unattended kids. The games are appropriately sized for younger children, which I appreciated. Our grandson had a blast; we spent about $30, he didn’t even use all the credits on the game card, and left with a souvenir cup. We didn’t eat there, but the overall experience was great.
The place is nice for children, there are many games for different ages but a lot of them won’t work and just eat the points we have. Also the play area price is crazy given that it is just a small corner area wand kids will not stay long there. Last weekend it was $15 per kid, I really think it is unnecessary and the play area pass should be included with other games.
There is one thing that I really liked which is the Photo Booth we had fun taking pictures there, and another Photo Booth that gives you a drawn picture of yourself. It was nice. The food is ok not the best
Took the grand kids Pizza, cheesy bread was good ,but its a bit to loud ..

Kids loved it. Great 5th Birthday Party.
The food was gross & the games weren't all that.
Management should consider another job, she was rude and completely insensitive to a toddler. Probably should consider another approach than snatching a ball from a toddler. Half your games don’t work avoid the frustration and go work somewhere else!
There was no workers that I could see I was looking and looking because one of the basketball Play things the balls were stuck on the top so I was trying to find someone to bring it down and I couldn't find anyone I walked around for like 20 minutes than gave up. Secondly I went to the bathroom I couldn't even use any of the bathroom cuz the toilets were clogged with poop and toilet paper so I couldn't even use the bathroom. And then it is really humid inside I was sweating My family was sweating overall one of the worst times I've been here I usually like coming here but today was just not the best day. I like it here but they need to work on something.
Food ok.
