Disgusting food not spicy marinated chicken they put some sauce on it which i told them twice not to it make the chicken inedible staff is very awkward and act as if you bother them this store needs a review by some district management and maybe mystery shoppers

The place was just horrible nasty. The cook was asleep standing up, face bleeding, him rubbing it and never once changed gloves. The manager had him go put band aides on. I left with zero food.

Cancelled an order waiting for over half an hour and never got the product. Still haven’t gotten a refund either and no one answers a phone been calling and just rings and rings

I ordered a 2 piece chicken breast with 2 extra sides even repeated my self and I did not receive chicken breast I been calling no answer I been having the worst back pain but still went down stairs to buy this and to come up to find i paid $18 and didn’t receive what I paid for I guess I have no choice but to eat

The man named Robert at the counter was the sweetest, he was the ONLY good thing about my experience. I got a 5pc tender to go since my lunch is short being that I work EMS. I get to the station and there’s A ROACH CRAWLING IN MY BOX! Called to talk to the manager and she started accusing me of having roaches in my vehicle, calling me a liar, ASKING FOR A PIC OF THE ROACH (that was already dead) and all around being incredibly rude instead of giving me a refund on my $11 order. Had to escalate to calling corporate on this entire experience. Retrain your employees!!

Raw biscuits. long wait. food has cat litter smell. Manager girl complained about checking into probation and can't smoke with the other employees. This place should be permanently closed.

I'm an Uber driver, had someone order food and when I got there they closed up the inside area and hour early. A different customer was arguing with the manager cause she got a $10 peace and 0 of the rest of her order after paying $50. Everyone + me was put in the drive through line we're I spent 45mins just to tell them I was here for a pick up (even tho I already informed them). Never got to the speaker in that amount of time BUT I did get to see 2 different people argue with the manager. Yeah.... I hate canceling but I had to cancel that order. Me and my customer got screwed over.
